We called up Oxi Fresh, scheduled a cleaning, and were so blown away with the results that we decided to open our own Oxi Fresh business in Hawaii. They never showed up! Appointment was for 11am. Around 11:15am, i called the call center (which for no good reason at all, is not located on island). The friendly girl at the call center informed me that the technician was not answering his phone. The call center said she spoke to the manager who said that the technician called me to change the appointment to 1pm. LIE. This never happened. I received no call. So either the technician lied, the manager lied or the call center lied. Ok, so we wait until 1pm. No show. Again I call the call center, who, as expected, cannot get in touch with the technician or manager. The call center was very apologetic and friendly, but there was nothing they could do. Apparently they are located off island, and basically just help the scheduling for this pathetic carpet cleaning company. Even the call center representative said he would never use this company/​franchise for his carpet cleaning needs.
Needless to say, I am shocked and disgusted with the poor customer service, lack of communication, overall poorly run business, and I still have dirty carpets! I will be using a different company to clean my carpets/​sofa from here on.

I have to say I’m glad my roommate found this website because it’s an INCREDIBLE service. Sadly my guy was an hour in a half late but I can’t blame him because Waikiki had some ridiculous traffic so I couldn’t get mad at the guy because I was watching the traffic from my balcony.
Rico, you did an INCREDIBLE job with the cleaning and INCREDIBLE personality. I work in an industry where customer service is key and brotha man had it all.
This carpet cleaning is certainly better than the regular carpet cleaning because it’s quiet, they don’t use A LOT of water like regular carpet cleaning companies due.

The setup process with the company was great. Tyler came on time and was extremely personable. He worked really fast through our apartment. We had a few stains we weren’t sure would come up but he worked on them until they did! I highly recommend you ask for Tyler when you call. Overall, they did a phenomenal job. We will definitely be getting our security deposit back! :)

Great service. Rico was friendly and easy to work with. Affordable and will definitely use them in the future.
Huge improvement on the carpets and smell. Lived here for two years with cats and younger brother. Had a few spots that needed to be retreated, however, since I am moving out of my apartment and there were some nasty stains to be dealt with. Called and they booked an appointment the next day.
Re-​treatment is scheduled for this afternoon, will update review after appointment.

My carpets haven’t looks so nice in a long time, Kendrick did an excellent job. We have off white carpets, stairs and 2 small dogs and he and his Oxiclean worked like a charm. I love that the carpet does not have a sticky residue and no harsh smells. We have already referred friends to have their carpets done.
But just a note to the main office. You might want to get someone locally to help with your scheduling. Poor Kendrick finished at our house in Salt Lake at just past 4 and had his next appointment in Waipahu. FYI not going to happen with the traffic on H1 at that time. It probably took him over an hour or more to get to Waipahu in the evening traffic. It may not be far but we are on a small island with freeways that were not built for the current amount of cars that travel on them.

Great experience and I can’t believe what we got for $ 83! They are as good as there word on price and the job they did on our carpet was amazing. I have five kids and our living room carpet was in shambles. My wife found a coupon and I was a bit skeptical but after meeting Kendrick and seeing the job he did I will definitely use them again. Kendrick was on time, very polite and a true professional. I own a home inspection business here on Oahu and plan on putting them on my vendor list so I can refer them to future clients.

They had a two step process to clean the carpet. A enzyme to eat up the stains and used Oxiclean mixed solution. They used a machine to scrub the carpet fibers to get really clean.
Our high traffic areas of the carpet is really dirty and some areas where our dog had some ‘accidents’ got really cleaned good.
The first cleaning solution is biodegradable and not strong in scent was actually pleasant as we watched the cleaning process. Machine scubbing the floor is not noisy as I am a day sleeper and hardly heard him working.
Although they can’t work moving heavy furniture and they usually don’t work as a team. Only as a single tech for each visit. But they will move small stuff out of the way.
They also vacuum up all the pieces of old dust and carpet fibers that came loose from the cleaning.
They did a great job of cleaning and my wife was very impressed by all the work. I will definitely call them again for cleaning and recommend them to all my friends and family.

We had an appointment for a cleaning. One hour after our scheduled appointment time we got a call that the person was coming now. This was the first and only call we received that day. However it wasn’t until 30 minutes later the person arrived. He was 1.5 hours late for the appointment and didn’t even apologize for being late. We had to cancel the cleaning since we would have to leave for a previously planned engagement within the time it would have taken to do the cleaning. We could have made our engagement if the cleaners came within a reasonable amount of time. The company should do a better job scheduling appointments or not even give appointment times if they can’t be kept.

Sergio and Rico are the best!!! I have had my carpets cleaned many times and have not really seen a huge improvement. With Oxy Fresh my carpets were night and day! I have 5 kids, a dog and cat so our carpets are put to the test! The carpets looked like new, smelled great, we’re not left soaking wet and all the pet stains were gone! I will definitely use them again!

I was coded on the phone for $ 154 to clean 3 bedrooms, living room, and a hallway. He only cleaned 2 bedrooms, living room, and a hallway. He said the living room is considered as a room and wanted to charge another $ 50 for the 3rd bedroom. I called the call center to file a complain and they told me that they cannot do anything about it. They are scamming people by giving a lower code.

Wow!!!
I have 2 babies and many stains on my carpet and those guys came and took it all off in one hour.
The machines that they came with were small and very quiet .
When my wife got home she was in shock.

Oxi Fresh carpet cleaning is AMAZING!!!
I highly recommand! This is not the first time i clean my carpet and they were faster and cleaned better using much less water without chemicals, couldn’t ask for more. I had a big stain of rust which dissapeared whithin 10 min.
They did a very professional job!
