NEX Beauty Salon & Day Spa

So, this was the last straw.
I’ve kept coming here bc it was familiar and close by my house.
For one, it’s over $ 30 for a lip/​chin.
Once I waited 15 minutes for my appointment bc the lady didn’t want to come in from her outside break.
This last time was the last chance.
The wax took place out in with all the hairstylists. No privacy! And it was rushed.
Now I have cuts and rips on my chin that are definitely going to scab over and possibly scar.

I went in and saw Theresa I wanted to go red. Which I was over a year ago but wanted to do it again. And she did an amazing job. The color came out fantastic. I never had this color come out this good.

I have been seeing Dalores for almost two years. She does a phenomenal job with my Brazilian waxes. She just started using this blue hard wax that is so much better than previous. It hardens faster and close to no pain when removed! I’ve also gotten massages and facials with her and each experience is great. The people in the reception area are always kind and courteous. Manager Amber (I think that is her name) is also great.

I saw Dolores for a bikini wax. She is fantastic! She walks you through what she is doing so there are no surprises. She is very professional and kind.
Thongsook gave me a mani/​pedi. I really enjoyed chatting with her. She too did a fabulous job.
For all the services I received it was very affordable and the staff at the front desk were really nice.

Kai saved me today. She is a hair wizard! I visited another salon the day before and my hair was close to ruined. I didn’t have a lot of hope that anyone could fix it, but not only did she correct it; she got me extremely close to the end result I was after in the first place. She made me feel super at ease and talked me through the whole thing. The NEX Beauty Salon is on point… all the ladies there today were amazing but Kai was especially wonderful and a big hug to the manager Allison too for making sure I got taken care of. I’ve had a hard time finding a stylist since I moved here a little over a year ago, but I’m so glad to finally have someone behind the chair that I know will listen to what I want and deliver! Well worth the time and money, I will definitely be back.

Love love love Dolores and her big heart and talented fingers. She is a true artist when shaping and cleaning up my eyebrows and oh my goodness… she knows exactly how to take care of my facial needs. She is a true asset to the salon!!!
I definitely look forward to my monthly appointments with Dolores. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Customer service was great. For greeted and seated promptly. However, there is this one barber, stylist. I forgot her name but she’s like Spanish, Hawaiian mix with red hair And a little big on the chubbier side who cut my hair. Worst haircut I ever got!
I was her customer right before her dinner break. She was in a rush, and the aftermath: my hair came out very crooked on the top, I had patches of long hair everywhere, and she did not fade me properly. There was a visible line. Paid $ 15 and gave her $ 5 tip when I was better off going next door for half price and better outcome. Avoid the red hair stylist at all cost!
