Mini-Pac Self Storage

I moved all my items from Public Storage to this Mini-​Pac Self Storage and it was the best decision I have ever made. Anthony at the front desk was very helpful. He was informative and patient and worked alone while it was very busy on this Saturday morning. The facility here is clean and it is conveniently located near Target. The best part is that the rental fee is cheap compared to Public Storage. I would recommend this storage place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, affordable and safe place for their items.

Great unit better price. Best place on the island. Great friendly staff. Unit is clean. Perfect location for us. Plus there’s a gas station right there you can grab a drink.

GREAT PRICES! I’ve been here almost 2 years and the price has never increased! I actually got my storage during a sale so my price has been that same price ever since. Customer service is great, the place is clean and secure and opens at 7am. This is the only storage facility that I know of that does not increase your monthly rate! CHECK THEM OUT!

I was moving to a much smaller place in January, and needed a lot of storage for all my gear and belongings. Mini-​Pac Self Storage was conveniently right down the street from the house I was moving out from. The location was ideal, the facilities are nice, and much larger than it looks from outside, with secured access and various sized storage spaces available at much less cost than other facilities I’ve used before, or checked out. The staff is very friendly and helpful to help me accommodate my needs. I highly recommend Mini-​Pac Self Storage if you are looking for an affordable place for your belongings and this location would suit your needs, especially is you are moving or relocating, as the first month us free, so you have two months to settle in to your place before paying more rental fees. Even having a 5′ x 10′ space for miscellaneous storage may also come in handy.

Mini-​Pac closes at 6 on Fridays, yet the website says the gate closes at 6:15. I went to there to get in my storage unit at 5:40 and the older lady who works there told me I needed to be out in 5 minutes. If I’m not mistaken, I should have been allowed to leave when I wanted to as long as its before 6:15. However, she started yelling at me and kicked me out at 5:55 when I was already done and by my car! I really did not appreciate her negative attitude when I am a paying customer during regular business hours.
Also while I was there one of the workers came up to me and tried saying that I missed a payment and couldn’t access my unit since their system was down. They looked at the paper again and said «Oh, never mind you paid». It was very unprofessional. I will say there was a younger girl there who was very sweet and apologized for the way the other lady was treating us.
Don’t waste your time storing things here. It is better to find a storage unit that has good customer service. You don’t want to be hassled every time you take something out of your unit.
