I’m the coach for my work’s softball team. After trying to go through a friend’s friend’s company and not making process with my order, I found Made in Hawaii. From the very beginning, Made in Hawaii has been VERY VERY helpful!!!
First of all, they are very accommodating. They respond fast to all questions and even make great recommendations. They helped me with making t-​shirt proofs, payment and even called me when they were done with my order.
I will continue to go to Made in Hawaii in the future.

This was the first time I’ve ever had stickers made. I went to their website and inquired about services and pricing. Shone Sempell was the representative that helped me. He was very fast at responding to my emails, making this a painless process. I was having a design that a friend created turned into a vinyl sticker. I was able to complete everything (price quotes, exchanging of art to be printed, and payment) all over email/​phone. The only time I needed to go down to the shop was when the product was ready for pickup. It was so convenient, especially because they are located in Chinatown, across from piers 13 & 14.
NOTE: when making stickers, the price does increase with the amount of colors you plan on using.

We needed some shirts for a fundraiser and after working with another company I made the switch to Made. They answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) and made us a great looking T-​shirt. The price was very reasonable and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. If we sell out our shirts (which I think we will) I plan on placing another order. I highly recommend them.

I am a local business owner and needed some shirts printed! Made in Hawaii made this possible! I tried to order shirts online from a different company and it didn’t work out and I’m so glad it didn’t. I got the shirts in today and they are perfect Shone answered all my questions and always got back to me right away via email, call, text. He has been doing this for a long time and it shows. It only took a little over a week to get my order to me and where delivered when he said they would be. I wouldn’t order from anyone else then Made in Hawaii. I had a ridiculously tight time-​frame, unique item request (customized beach towels with event logo) and needed everything done long distance (I’m in Los Angeles, items were being delivered in Honolulu)…and Shone delivered 100%!!! I contacted him via email, we spoke a few times on the phone, we texted and he made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. AND he was able to meet a nearly impossible deadline (no other companies would touch my order!). I would not only use Made in Hawaii again, I would absolutely recommend Shone without hesitation. From item selection to layout, gift card design and printing, to finishing touches and delivery, I can’t think of a hiccup or moment of concern. I checked out 3 different places to see which one would be the best place to get 200 Polo shirts ordered with 3 different embroideries on it. They were quick to respond, provided excellent customer service, and made the entire process very easy. The quality of the shirts was excellent! We were very satisfied with the way they turned out and with the fact that they were completed 4 days earlier than anticipated. They also personally delivered them to our business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! :)
