I really like Dr. Lin. He’s a great doctor and very thorough. He takes time with his patients and doesn’t rush things which is great. My only big complaint is the office more often than not double or triple books so most of the time you don’t get seen until an hour after your appointment time. It doesn’t really make sense to me why they would over book this much. Obviously the doctor can’t see that many people at one time.

My review is going to be short. I was looking for eye doctor that was closer to home and scheduled apt with Dr. Lin for an eye exam. I wanted one on Saturday and fortunately, I was able to get early morning(I believe it was 9 am). I’m not going back again. Even though Dr Lin himself is quite nice, their office is the most disorganized mess I have even seen. I arrived few minutes before 9, but had to wait for 45 min before I was seen. No, not by the doctor but by one of the asstants who took in, checked my blood pressure, asked me few questions and then I was shown to the waiting room again to wait for doctor to see me by which time, people were packed in the waiting room like sardines. It was another 30 min before doctor saw me for eye exam which lasted less than 10 min. Talk about waste of time. I asked the receptionist if its always like this on Saturday and she said that everyone wants to come in on Saturday and its always crazy. Geez, lady, don’t overschedule people then, is it really such a hard concept to understand? I’m back to Dr Byron Wong who I have been seeing before where I never had to wait with crowd of people
