Dr. Buehler is the best! Both of my kids go to him and they both love him. He is really knowledgeable and you can tell that he really cares about his patients.

Dr. Saito is my son physician, but she was out on maternity. In that case, covering her was Dr Bueler. My son had a 6 months check up yesterday and Dr. Bueler was very nice and gave me a lot of information with regards to my sons development. I tried to write down everything he mention and remember what he said. After his appointment, I forgot to ask Dr. Bueler about giving my son «Poi»! I know that Poi is some times pasteurized and unpasteurized and had a concern. So, I called back the next day and left a message with the staff. Momentarily, Dr Bueler called back. I asked him my question regarding giving my son «Poi»! He responds to me like this! «Didn’t we talk about this yesterday»? I told you yesterday about giving your son poi, and baby food vegetables to start with! First of all! Doc! You never mention anything about Poi that’s why I was calling with my concern!!! Furthermore, I am a cautious parent concern about my sons wellbeing! You don’t have to be short with me! I cannot wait till Dr Saito comes back from maternity!!!

Dr. Saito is wonderful! She was there from day 1. We also met Dr. Buehler and he’s great as well. Their staff is awesome and so friendly.

My son has been going to Dr. Buehler for six years, since he was four months old. Dr. Buehler is always so kind and patient and always takes his time. I appreciate that he totally supported me when I wanted my son to be on an alternative vaccine schedule. Everyone in the office is really nice and friendly. The décor is bright and fun too. If I could, I would love for him to be my doctor. Thank you for being so awesome!

We love love love Dr. Buehler! He is kind, patient, thorough — my kids are so comfortable with him and I feel very confident about their care. The office is usually busy, but we always get in to see him fairly quickly. He never rushes us, taking a lot of time listening and responding to any questions we have. He’s also great at explaining different options/​theories about the child developmental stuff, but does not come across as judgmental about your parenting choices.
He has jokingly told us not to diagnose our kids medical conditions via the Google — ad instead, to reach him by phone. We’ve taken him up on that a couple times, and he always calls back promptly with helpful information.
Just as importantly, the entire staff here is really, really terrific. And they are the ones who give take the kids’ measurements, give them shots. etc.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tenby since I was 12 years old, because I do not like changing doctors I asked Dr. Tenby if I can continue to see him after I turned 18 years old. As of today I have been a patient with Dr. Tenby for 20 years. My children have been with him since birth they are now 13 and 12 years old. My husband is also a patient of his. Our daughter was born pre-​mature and since Dr. Buehler is also in the NICU throughtout the week and all day on Thursday it only made since to have her be Dr. Buehler’s patient. I have never had a real problem with any of the two doctors or their staff. The office is like our 2^nd family very pleasant and very welcoming. I have never had a problem scheduling appoitments for myself or anyone in my family. Being my daughter is a premie Dr. Buehler has always been available to my concerns returning calls before the end of the day or answering a page in less than 5 minutes. Although I live on the Leeward side of the island the only inconvience I have is the drive to the office, other than that I think the office is GREAT and the doctors are EXCELLENT especially when referring to specialist, both Dr. Tenby and Dr. Buehler send their patients to the BEST. Keep up the great job Dr. Buehler, Dr. Tenby, and the rest of the staff!

Would NOT recommend! Horrible!
I have been taking my son to see Dr. Buheler (not sure if that is the correct spelling) since he was born, I had heard some bad things about him from some friends of mine but overall I was happy and I felt like he was a good match for my son so I kept taking my son in to see them. The office staff was also very nice and friendly. I am not the type of mom to take my son is whenever there is something small wrong, only if it is something that seems to really be bothering him or I feel could be contagious. My son got sick and so I took him in for an emergency appointment and was stuck seeing Dr. Tenby I had only seen him once before with my son and I was not happy with the diagnosis from the first time (I didn’t feel like he was correct) but I was very worried about my son this time and I took him in Dr. Tenby had diagnosed my son with hand, foot, & mouth disease. I was a bit skeptical again because when I looked up the rash on WebMD it was nothing like what I had read of the pictures I looked at. So the following day I took my son back in very worried because it was only getting worse Dr. Tenby stuck to what he had originally diagnosed my son with and continued to say not to worry it was not contagious, only children could get it, he did not warn me or tell me to take any precautions because he said adults can’t get it. A few days later I went to bed feeling horrible, could not sleep for two nights I was so sick and broke out with a rash the following day. I called the office to schedule my son’s flu shot and i brought up how I was upset about how I had gotten sick and Dr. Tenby had not warned me, the office staff told me the Dr would call me back when he had the chance. I still have not heard back from the Dr and it has been a week! I am so upset, I was not the only one to get this sickness either, two other adults have gotten this from my son. I will be canceling my son’s flu shot in the morning and rescheduling with a new pediatrician.
