Jack In The Box

I don’t really come to this Jack in the Box location a lot but I do feel that it is one of the more secluded ones because of it’s location. It’s pretty much on the West side end of North King St. (before Middle St. and the freeway exit). I can’t really say too much about the dine-​in experience so far because I haven’t gone inside for a while but I do have something to say about the drive-​thru experience. First of all, the drive-​thru I feel is kinda hamajang because there is no structure to it. It’s kinda off and especially if you have a big vehicle like me then it’s kinda akward to get close to the speaker to give your order. I don’t know about the staff and customer service man. I think there was a teenager on the speaker on the mic or something because I had to repeat my order three times before confirming it. Oh yeah, you know how nowadays that have the screen where it lists down what you ordered and stuff and the price for your order. Yeah, I didn’t see any of that when I made my order and it just kept on running advertisements and stuff. The food quality is aight. I ordered the fillet fish sandwich and I don’t know it had no flavor whatsoever. Maybe it was just one of those days but in the meantime I am just going to leave it at that for at the moment.

As I was walking in, I was surprised that they have come up with new items which I have never seen before. I am glad to use the buy one jumbo jack coupon and get one free. I mean who would not take advantage of something like this right. It’s like getting 2 jumbo jacks for the price of one. I wish this location would do the buy one get one free things so that it will be more easier to bring people who are on tight budgets and want something that will be fast and quick. Also what is totally needed are the self-​service fountain drinks so that the people who wants a refill can just get it themselves as well as a self-​service iced tea station. At one time, I do remember seeing a self-​service drink station and I hoped that it came back. I would like to see it come back and it will make it easier for those who want another drink can do so. I’m glad that the new order taker knew exactly how I like my burgers and I hope to see the western cheeseburgers make a comeback and make the dollar menu to have junior ulimate cheeseburgers and other things as well.

Long line in the drive through and inside is small. But cheap fast food. Good breakfast options. Open 24hrs.

Can always count on jitb when ur hungry and need something reason able $$ and fast. Especially the munchie meals. Love the poppers and egg roll.

I only come to this place because #1, its close to my work place & #2, FREE Tacos for completing surveys… but…, like other Unilocalers claim, the company gotta hire employees who SPEAK & UNDERSTAND English… this is not Micronesia or the Phillipines, jeez!

The food was not bad, but the service and how long it took to get our food is the reason for the 2 stars. I told the employee about 6 times I wanted orange Fanta but she kept asking what I wanted. I kept saying it again and again. At the end of my order she said you want an orange soda? Ummmm I already said I want orange Fanta wtf. The employees do not understand English very well. It took a long time to get our food and my drink. They also forgot to give us a water that my boyfriend asked for.
By the time we were done with our food the guy who ordered after us was still waiting on his food. They had deleted his order. I felt sorry for the guy.
Do yourself a favor Jack and hire some competent employees please. Preferably ones who speak English.

Went here last night for a sourdough cheesesteak sandwich, some fries, and a mango smoothie. I don’t usually eat at Jack in the Box and this was my 2^nd time. We had our food to go. I will say all the food was pretty delicious. Didn’t encounter any problems. The staff seemed a little frazzled – like they were all running around in circles like chickens with their heads cut off behind the counter. But our order was fine. I would go back if I was hungry and in the area.

I’ve only used the drive thru & never have entered the building. The parking is small but hardly seems busy anyway. There is no separate menu board for you to look at before you pull up to order as with other places. So sometimes it’s irritating that I’m looking & deciding while they start asking/​suggesting what to order.
The drive thru itself is very tight & if you have a large vehicle beware. I
With that said my orders have always been correct & haven’t had a problem.

Tried that $ 7 box. WAY too much food. Great value, food looks good on TV and in the pictures, but not enough flavor. Tried the Brunch burger: burger patty, bacon, cheese, egg, and hashbrown… YES, a hashbrown on a croissant. Great in theory, poor in execution. All the butter, fat and oils turned it into a mushy sandwich.

I’ve been going here for years!!! Only because it is on the way home. All I can say is CHECK YOUR BAG AND RECIEPT!!!
For some reason, I am not sure why, they forget something 90% of the time. I was missing 2 tacos, none of my butter milk that I had to pay extra for, missing my fries, they didn’t give me the packet of dressing and toppings for my salad, etc. They have forgotten way too many times. They seriously need a bag checker. I am not sure if it is their way to make money, but it seems like that is what they do when I go through the drive thru.
When I go in, there is never a mistake, or one that I have encountered. It just takes more time to park in their small parking lot and if there is two people waiting to order in the drive thru line, then you are stuck in your parking stall until they move it. It is just built in the wrong place with little and cramped parking.
