I’ve worked in my different types of restaurants in Hawaii, Oahu (my hometown), Las Vegas and California which they thought me a lot of different ways of cooking and preparing methods. I’ve always loved the Island and decided to open a restaurant with good homestyle comfort foods. The love of my life and family also Inspired me and the love of cooking.
