I ordered a 2 pound sashimi platter with ½ hamachi ($ 25 per lb.) and ½ salmon ($ 15 per lb.). The presentation was beautiful, the price was right (no extra charge beyond the cost per lb.), and the sashimi slices just melted in your mouth. Thank you Hiro’s!

We took half a pound of Chu Toro and half a pound of Hamachi fresh from Japan and it was the most delicious and freshest experience of sashimi I’ve EVER had. Later that night we went to Sasabune (another review) and we were still longing for that fish market fresh taste. Friendly local fish curator, freshest fish straight out of the pacific and an awesome feeling in my tummy after our impromptu Sashimi breakfast. Who needs overpriced restaurants? Not me.
