Went with a friend to order 2 arrangements. One as a local delivery and one out of another shop on another base. We ordered an edible arrangement type basket for the local delivery and when it was delivered (hours late) it was just fruit bought at the commissary sitting in a basket. It was about $ 12 worth of fruit that my friend was charged $ 76 for. The out of town delivery was never received and we are currently trying to get them to deliver a basket or get the money back.
Don’t use this shop, it’s pathetic.

Stay away! We stopped by in the afternoon to inquire about some balloons. In addition to the balloons they sell there, they also will inflate balloons with helium that you buy elsewhere. We were told that they charge .99 cents per latex balloon that you bring in. We dropped the bag of balloons off the next day with a different person working, who didn’t mention anything about the price. When we went to pick them up, they charged FOUR TIMES what they quoted us. They claimed that the balloons we brought in were «jumbo sized» so they were more expensive to fill. It would have been nice for them to mention that when we dropped them off, but the attendant didn’t say a word about it. These balloons were around 12″ in diameter, not quite what I would call «jumbo». This business gives misleading information about their services and will cheat you out of your money!

Ordered flowers from from you flowers online which the order was sent to the hickam flower shop. The arrangment was delivered on valentines day but to our suprise, the arrangement was nothing like the product we ordered. Major fail!
