What a sad slice of pepperoni pizza. This had to be the most expensive slice I have ever had! I get that it’s in the Sheraton so they can charge a lot for bad pizza. Since it was convenient it was ok since I was staying at the hotel. Come here only if you have literally no other option for food.

The pizza here is terrible. It’s thin crust, but in the way that it seems like the dough just didn’t rise. Our pizza had areas where there was almost 2 inches of just naked, flat, tasteless crust. We had high hopes for this but it fell flat. Also, has Rosemary added too it. It’s ok if you like Rosemary, but I found it overpowering.

One of the best pizza’s I have ever tasted. The crust was out of this world delicious and the pizza itself was made fresh to order.

wow never expected great pizza in a large chain hotel! I’ve eaten and reviewed pizza in NYC and this stuff is not bad at all. prices are reasonable too not expected from hotel fare. gooey cheese, seems as fresh toppings. they did have a breakfast pizza with egg ham cheese etc… and that was bananas! but i think they said they discontinued it

Working in Waikiki, I ended up coming here to eat kind of a lot. If you go in the mid-afternoon before 5:00, you can get their Happy Hour prices. I actually used to get the create your own baked pasta, but they took that off the menu, which was majorly disappointing. The crust of the pizza is probably the best part. It’s thin, crispy, and has charred bits from the pizza oven. You should definitely call your order in ahead of time. You might even have the Korean lady answer the phone; it was always funny hearing her say«Herro Hapa Pija».

This was our first time here and were impressed with the service. We each ordered the slice and a drink and I got a couple of pieces that had been sitting for awhile. They were good but when a fresh one came out the gal brought me two fresh slices because she felt bad. I was impressed that they would do that and the ladies here are so friendly. A good deal for Waikiki prices.

This place is so mediocre it bugs me. I got there and it took 5 minutes of me standing at the counter until 1 of the 4 people working to acknowledge me. Once they took my order they were actually really nice. But when I got the pizza it was old looking, soggy and just overall not too tasty. Okay enough to finish though. Not worth your time if you’re visiting Hawaii.

Not a very big«pizza person» mainly due in part to calories I don’t really need. This being said, while on vacation, Hapas is a treat I don’t think twice about. Without a doubt the very best pizza I’ve had. Somehow we found ourselves in here several times for lunch or dinner, not always wanting to go «get dressed» to go out; we can just wander in, in our swimsuits! And, always… Pizza with a smile! The people that work there are so nice/friendly and this makes it all that much more inviting. So happy to have Hapas at our favorite hotel!

Suprisingly good pizza, a little pricey but good. Coming from the east coast it is hard to find pizza anywhere that can match ours. But this is good in a pinch.

This place always has really great customer service! I’ve been here multiple times and the employees have constantly been in great moods, with big smiles and seem to have such a positive attitude. To me this really makes a difference ! It’s always a good experience coming here! The pizza that is made to order is by far the best quality too. I wish they would bring back the garlic chicken pizza !

Really good, quick and affordable pizza option on the Sheraton Waikiki property. 8 slices of pizza for $ 14 is not bad and it’s very convenient after a day on the beach or swimming in the pools. Hapas is kinda hidden, adjacent to the Pete’s and right next door to the Kai Market buffet. They also do like a slice and soda combo if you’re not with entire family. Dropped a star because I’m a spoiled pizza brat and don’t like when the crust crumbles when you pick it up. The sauce was great and topping, sauce, cheese ratio was perfect. My wife loves it. Service was great, speedy, and informative. Restaurant is clean, but take it to go and eat by the pool or beach.

Great Pizza! Very reasonable price for Waikiki. No wait on a Saturday night! Come find this spot overlooking the infinity pool and ocean at The Sheraton Waikiki.

The pizza and baked pasta were good. We had bbq chicken pizza, thin crust and tasty. They are a bit pricy but it is Waikiki so you have to expect that. $ 37 for a pizza, pasta and 3 drinks. They were out of meatballs and Cesar dressing which was unfortunate. The service was good, the lady who took our order was very nice. Hapas is located near the serenity pool inside the Sheraton hotel. There is seating or you can get food to go.

The pizza was quite tasty. The service was good. It was a little pricy. It was close to the Waikiki beach.

Tasted like Tostino’s. A large cheese pizza cost 18 dollars. Wouldn’t have minded of it were good. The staff wasn’t exactly friendly but weren’t rude.

We just ate the cheese pizza due to kids and it was alright. The crust was yummy but the cheese and sauce was average. The other pizzas looked good. Not much to write home about. I wouldn’t eat here unless I was staying at the hotel.

This place either serves up a great NY style pizza, or I was drunk, but definitely one of the two! I stumbled in, ordered a slice that was so big I had to cut it in half. I recall the flavor being pretty good… or I was drunk, but definitely one of the two. The joint is located at the bottom of the hotel and close to the bars, so location is really paying off for these guys. The place was freaking packed! If given the chance, I’d return.

This place advertises that it is «the best pizza» in Hawaii. That is far from the truth — at best, it is mediocre pizza with a high price tag. Located in the Sheraton Waikiki, but not a part of the property per se, its location demands that kind of high prices. We ordered a large pizza, 14″, and it was $ 22 in price. Milk shakes are $ 5.25 each, and they come premade and frozen from the freezer case. You take the frozen shake to a machine that defrosts it and then stirs it in about 30 seconds. My GD said it was OK, but small; about 16 oz. Why in the world would I order pizza and shakes from a place like this you might ask? — well, my GF was sick in the room and that was the only alternative for dinner other than exorbitant room service.

BREAKFASTPLEASE 5⁄5 Stars Since I came here in the morning for a business meeting, my business partners & I ordered breakfast. We also needed to spend $ 25 to get our parking ticket validated for the hotel. Walking into tropical styled layout & greeted by two wonderful local girls made me feel like I was on a vacation. The place faces a nice ocean view so it just feel like you are on a vacation. For breakfast we ordered 3 parfaits, 2 fruit bowls, two breakfast plates & a breakfast sandwich. They are know for their pizzas & I will definitely come back for that in the near future. They were very quick to put our order together and were very talkative. I love interactive workers, makes me feel like I’m not just a customer. They have awesome service. The food was amazing!!! The eggs and bacon were so fresh. The bacon was extra crispy, just the way I liked it. They even heated the potatoes in the oven to that it would be nice & hot. As for their portions, it matched the pice very well. It seems like everything in Waikiki is over priced, but here they loaded my breakfast plate and smacked on lots of bacon and sausages. Even on the breakfast sandwich, they put like 5 pieces of bacon on it!!! They were very generous & I will be a returning customer. I had such an awesome time just ordering my food and talking stories with them & was very satisfied after eating.
