Buyers beware. What the sales people tell you is not true. I was told there was a lifetime guarantee on their products. I bought a pearl, setting and chain as a birthday present for my daughter. We watched the sales lady mount the pearl on the setting. We chose the chain and she packaged it up in a nice box and told us not to wear it. Two days later we took it out and she had not only glued the pearl to the setting but she had also glued the chain together! When I took it back to exchange the chain for a new one they said that it was past 90 days and would only send it to get buffed and polished! There are better jewelers in Hawaii, ones that WON’T glue your gold chain together. Don’t get conned by the opening of the oyster!

While waiting for our table at Cheesecake Factory I was trying so desperately to entertain my 2 year old. Anh, one of the workers at Maui Divers Jewelry started talking to her and instantly we had a happy 2 year old. We decided to do a Pick-​a-​Pearl or really Pick and Oyster and see what she got. A prize for a two year old definitely makes baby girl and mama both happy. I got to say I was excited to see what color pearl was inside. The more we talked to Anh we talked about family and birthdays and different ideas. We ended up with 2 oysters and 3 pearls. Our 2^nd oyster had 2 beautiful black pearls. (Why yes, we were celebrating Mama’s birthday! How did you know I wanted pearl earrings?) We ended up getting my daughter a necklace as her first piece of jewelry. Anh was so awesome and friendly. I will definitely bring my friends here when they visit. I mean who doesn’t like a good surprise?

Every time family visits from the mainland, they gotta «Pick –a– Pearl» and always let my girls do the picking. Lots of stations all over island but I wanna shout out to Pua (@ International Market Place), she was super friendly and helpful! Great customer service. Thanks
