Their prime rib is flavorful and good portion for what you pay. Don’t get the salad it tasted old, mashed potato was okay. The front staff could use more training though. He looked like he barely had any energy and didn’t smile at all. At least I got my food quick.

For food court food, it was pretty good. We didn’t wait too much and we had $ 2 off coupons because they’re so new.

New establishment so their service is spotty (slow). But if you are going to open, you should have trained staff — both front and in the kitchen. They messed up my order — it was the cashier’s fault for not writing the order down properly. And because it took over 20 minutes to get my food, I couldn’t send it back and wait for them to remake it. Very dissappointed.

I ate at the new one in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, yesterday. I ordered the prime rib plate (rare) with the «local corn on the cob». After waiting 20 minutes, I received a plate of sliced roast beef (overdone) that tasted like it had been warmed in the microwave. The corn was «local» only if they bought the can at a local Costco and may have been «on the cob» prior to being canned.
