Ordered the combination phở wait time was a brisk 5 min not bad! Service was quick each phở had two prices the top price was a combo which included a drink and your choice of two egg rolls or a spring roll. The broth was a little bland but you could easily change that with the condiments to the right. There a re better places out there will update as i find those rare gems nestled hidden on this island

I was in Waikiki on our last afternoon before heading home and I was. hungry, but it was between lunch and dinner. I had a taste for phở and remembered seeing the Phở factory when I was here on the last trip, so I decided to give it a try. I know, it’s in a food court, but this restaurant is always crowded. I ordered the Veggie phở combo, which includes a fountain drink and ether one summer roll or two spring rolls. I really liked the vegetables that this place put into its phở. Unlike the restaurants in Chicago, here they included a lot of shitaki mushrooms and napa cabbage, which really made the flavor of the broth stand out. When I return to Waikiki again in a few weeks, I have a place to go for my phở fix!

This place is definitely not a place for phở connoisseurs, but I think it’s awesome for quick phở. My sister and I found myself at the Royal Hawaiian shopping center wanting something quick. We saw phở and got excited. We both ordered the rare steak phở, both combos, one with spring rolls and one with a summer roll. Both asked for our meat on the side. The wait was surprisingly short for the amount of people in line(the line also never seemed to end). We got our food and started with our rolls. The summer roll was ok. I would have preferred more basil and the shrimp was very tiny. My sister’s spring rolls were ok, not too oily which is good because oily spring rolls are a pet peeve of mine. The phở itself was ok. A basic broth, no overpowering flavors. We spiced it up with some hoisin sauce, saracha, and garlic chili pepper sauce. My meat was nice and soft– I’m glad we got it on the side to prevent over cooking. For a fast food joint I think it was a great experience. I left phohappy.

Phở is average and workers are rude. No need to have ‘tude if your food isn’t that great. The customer in front of me had a crying baby and ended up wanting her food to-go. The lady working here gave her the biggest glare/stare down before packing it up. I would have said something but I didn’t want her to spit in my food.

The food ideas are good and it’s relatively fast and a healthier option compared to some of the other stores around it. However, my brother and sister and I all felt like the subtitle«healthy fresh Vietnamese» was a bit of a stretch. My brother got the tripe, and it tasted… Fresh. All the phở and soup comes served in the styrofoam bowls that are so popular on the islands, and each of us could taste the styrofoam over everything(even the tripe). It wasn’t as strong after I put in some chili garlic sauce, but the thought of the styrofoam chemicals in my food is ANYTHINGBUT healthy. If you are wanting phở, look for one where you aren’t in a rush, so that you don’t have to mess with the side-effects of convenient service options(get a real bowl not styrofoam).

Food court restaurant right next to the Sheraton. Had the chicken banh mi, it was pretty average but for Hawaii standards so were the prices. Don’t go here to fulfill your dreams of a 5 star meal, but if you’re looking for some cheap vietnamese eats, it will suffice.

I mean, it’s food court food. And I was starving. Not inexpensive for mall fare, but it’s Waikiki and everything is a little overpriced. Tasty enough, reasonably priced(for where it is), and got ‘er done. Wouldn’t make a special trip back, nor would I avoid doing so. If you’re in a phở mood and, like me, killing time waiting on someone, you could do worse.

A-ok on the mediocre side of ‘ok’. Slammin’ food court in the touristy-est part of Waikiki but they are fast and friendly. I had the chicken phở with a fresh spring roll. I don’t like styrofoam and they gave me a cup made out of it for ice. The broth was ok but I’m spoiled by a Vietnamese restaurant in NH where they simmer it for 24 hours before serving. The hot light soup was not served with a fresh hot chili pepper, instead there was a slice of jalapeño or chili sauce. The fresh roll was nice but too light on the greens and herbs, too heavy on the rice stick noodles. Some cilantro and or basil would have been a great addition. For fast food, though it’s not bad. I really liked the nice servers. I would go again to try a sandwich.

Disappointed. The rolls seemed extra sticky, bread seemed old and rough. They even charged for soda refills. I’m not returning.

Quick service and combo meals that include a noodle bowl, spring or summer roll and drink for $ 13+. That’s pretty good for Waikiki! Tasty food with fresh vegetables for the phở. Clean operations.

First of all, this is food court phở. Not a phở restaurant, but a place that does take out style that you eat at a table in the food court or get to go and eat at home. That being said, their phở is surprisingly good! Not like Phở restaurant good, but it was definitely tasty and I would get it again if I needed some quick phở in a pinch! I also ordered a Kalbi plate, but my boyfriend said it was different than normal plate lunch Kalbi places in that the Kalbi was very sweet.

The longest line in the food court area. For that reason, I had to try this place. I ordered the seafood phở. The seafood was over cooked so it was rubbery. There was a side of something that I regretted putting in the phở. I wasn’t really satisfied with this choice of food but I would be willing to try one of their sandwiches.

As a LA resident living relatively close to Little Saigon, I have always been surrounded by the best phở places. Even the l mediocre ones are still WAY better than the phở in this fast food chain. I drowned my little bowl with hoisin sauce & hot sauce with amazingly little effect on the overall blandness of the dish. I don’t think they even simmered the broth for over an hour because I cannot taste anything. I’ll try the sandwiches next time & see if those are better.

Phở Factory is excellent as a food court restaurant. While their phở isn’t te greatest out there, it is still quite good. On top of that, they have many extra sides to complement your phở(such as spring rolls), which I personally did not take. I took the chicken phở by itself, and it was quite filling. On top of that, it is relatively tasty and healthy. Everyone else in my group had gone to eat at Panda Express, but I was quite content with the food I had taken from a much smaller restaurant. The service was good as well. My phở came very quickly, and the people I asked questions to(like«What is a combo?») were nice and took time to explain it to me. So, while my group was waiting for their food at an extremely long Panda Express line, I was enjoying my quite tasty phở at the food court, feeling pretty satisfied. I would definitely recommend it if you came to this particular food court.

I can’t comment on their phở since I haven’t tried it but I was pleasantly surprised by their chicken banh mi! It was actually really good and super flavorful. In fact I was craving this sandwich a few days after cause it was so good! They stuff it with lots of chicken and veggies so it’s a pretty filling sandwich. If you get the combo it comes with a drink and a choice of summer roll or spring rolls for a very reasonable price(especially for Waikiki)!

I had their tofu sandwich! The taste was really good! I think the sauce they used to cook the tofu is the sweet korean BBQ sauce. Imagine that taste with the Vietnamese pickled carrots and raddish. Also with lots of cilantro! Presentation was not that great but what do you expect from a take out place! I work in the area so it’s a great place to grab food during my 30 min break! Their milk tea was average.

Ordered the Oxtail Phở ala carte. It was OK, the noodles were over cooked so they were in little pieces and easily broke apart. The oxtail was tender so that was a plus. The portion was definitely small considering the price. The price that I paid for this bowl, I can get the same dish but in an extra large size at any other Phở place in California.

Phở phu phui!!! Not too satisfying. Tofu was sour & broth has very little flavor. Totally not satisfied. Gonna get some ice cream for dinner. Not even gonna give it a star, but I have to. Bleh!

A combo– ban mi sandwich, shrimp roll, and drink, for roughly around $ 10.00, I’m in!!! Order & pay at the counter. Your number is called when it’s ready. While you’re waiting, grab your sauces– chili sauce, soy, or fish. The wait was around five minutes. The sandwich was yummy, some pickled veggies, good pieces of chicken(not fatty) done just right, not overdone, on a soft roll– just add sauce for more oomph; I like medium spicy. It was really yummy. The shrimp roll was yummy, too. I really enjoyed this combo, and I would get it again. I don’t get to eat this type of food enough, so this was a treat. I was not really looking forward the eating at the food court here because last time, many of the restaurants were different, so I was really happy that I chose this. Like another fellow Unilocaler, I usually get sandwiches from Bai-le, but we missed it this trip(last week). On the food court seating– Lunch was a little more busy than at dinner, though, so get there early, so you can get a decent table, a highchair, or make a trip to the bathroom(long lines). Don’t mind the birds, they are everywhere in Waikiki. Good eats at a low price($ 10 pp is a steal) in Waikiki– check this place out!

Their phở is actually pretty good! I was in a rush buying food to bring back to hotel(I live right behind the mall) and found this place with long queue, decided to try out. Ordered #1 Phở Combo to go. Their broth is clear, full of flavors, and noodles were on the spot. Toppings were fresh. They said they did not put MSG so it feels healthy(not sure if its REALLY that healthy). Price is not too expensive too, I would definitely visit again. Their meatball is really good too!
