SUCK EVER !!! If you don’t want to ruin your wonderful vacation then don’t book this shuttle!!!
I booked this shuttle on line and they never contact you, you need to contact them by yourself to arrange pick up time.
They told me to wait at hotel lobby, so I wait before 30 mins at the lobby; however, when the driver arrive he call and said rudely that no one wait at lobby you need to come to downstairs… WHAAAAHT!!! It’s Your company that I just called yesterday said that!
Your company should better rearrange your company system!!!

My driver texted while he drove me and my two kids to our hotel from the airport. I was so freaked out and had to tell him to watch the road twice. For $ 12 per person, it was not much cheaper than taxi and definitely not worth our lives. Enough said.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Trend was my main point of contact, he was very friendly and nice to work with and was also able to accommodate our large group. I scheduled round trip pick up and drop off times for 10 girls, some with different days and times. They were able to come as early as 5am to make sure the girls were at the airport on time for departure. Michael was also one of the drivers we worked with who was also professional and on time for every pick up. Thank you guys so much for taking care of us! I would HIGHLY recommend Go Go Shuttle for your transportation needs in Hawaii!

I arrived 25 – 30 minutes late to Honolulu. I called the shuttle service to advise them. The dispatcher appeared upset and said I was late. Much to his chagrin, I cannot control the arrival of my flight. We went back and forth 3 more times and throughout the encounters he was incredibly rude. I advised him I was lost and at a gate with a lot of construction and poor signs. He became frustrated with me and on our last call he blamed me for being late and making his driver wait. At the end he said it was my own problem getting back and hung up. I called back two more times and was sent to voicemail. I missed the last aiport shuttle and was lost with no one outside. At that point I broke out in tears and called my husband who called the dispatcher. He was also rude to my husband and spoke ill of me. He told the dispatcher I paid for the service and he needed to fulfill it. I finally found my way to baggage claim with the help of two travelers who were also circling around. I found the driver and got to my hotel. I cried on the ride to the hotel because I couldn’t believe what happened. The driver apologized once he dropped me off. It was terrible and unprofessional service.

First time being in Hawaii, of course I didn’t know what to do or what to take so I approached the first shuttle I saw, which was VINA SHUTTLE. They were so helpful and very friendly! They explained everything very thoroughly so that there weren’t any confusions. After they explained everything I decided to ride with them, the shuttle was very clean, fresh smell! and did I mention the driver was nice also?! They made the whole ride very enjoyable. I definitely would choose them again the next time I return to Hawaii =). I recommend that everyone should try VINA SHUTTLE, great service, friendly people, and top of that very affordable PRICING. =)
