Took my car here because my insurance company recommended them. They said lifetime warranty on the repair… Big fucken mistake… Took them 5 weeks to fix my car. When after 3 weeks they said it would be ready. And kept pushing it back, therefore making me spend money on a rental car.
Had them give me another unrelated estimate for something on my door. Decided not to get the work done. A few weeks after I receive my car my door has problems closing. Take it to the dealership and they tell me whoever gave me the estimate didn’t put door back properly. Of course they don’t assume responsibility.
Then a few months later I’m having problems with the repair they do. Take it in and they tell me it’s a factory recall part and nothing to do with the repair. I call my dealership once again. No factory recall. I call them back so they can fix it. And I get bullshitted again. You need to go through your insurance again and make a complaint.
Terrible at everything!!! Don’t waste your money or time with this company!

They installed my rear taillight for free! Very professional working with my claim and great customer service. Will be back!

Global has been the source of a headache after an already upsetting car accident. My car was rear-​ended. I had both the front and back bumpers fixed along with some other work. Global took over a month to fix my car. The trunk doesn’t close easily like it’s supposed to, the tail light was out when I got it, and the trunk fills up with water when it rains. My car is in worse condition since I got it back than when I bought it. Global’s work has failed to meet decent standards and is not acceptable. I do not recommend this repair shop even though it was Progressive and USAA’s choice.

I don’t know why this shop has so many bad reviews, at least my experience was the best!!.
I crashed my car with a pole after receiving a really bad new, we was about to move to another state, so my time was limited, I called global and they made my car a priority. They ordered all the parts in such a short time and all originals, they call me or/​and text me all the time with updates about my car.
My car was ready the day that they told me it should be.
I personally had a great experience.
My husband and I are really happy with the service.

A few weeks ago, someone rear ended me. My insurance company Progressive was on the ball. They called and helped me schedule an appointment to have an estimate on the repairs. They recommended Global Auto Repair. This place is easy to find. You can pull up to the tile driveway. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the HUGE goldfish in the aquarium! They must feed it small human babies because it’s humongous and it kept following my every movement! This establishment is clean, non-​claustrophobic with great AC. They have free coffee and biscotti while you wait. Joe helped me from the very beginning. He even called me around 8a, when my appointment was at 9a, just to let me know of their address and if I wanted to come in early he was ready. The estimate took awhile but necessary to ensure thoroughness. I’ll definitely update the review as my car is repaired. So far so good…

1. Awesome customer service! David helped me and assured me that they would make my car back to normal after my car accident. They gave me phone call updates and text messages on the status of my car (you have the option to tell them how many updates you want). The rest of the staff was helpful as well.
2. My car was finished a week earlier than the anticipated date of completion.
3. Most importantly, my car is beautiful again. They did a perfect job and it’s like no damage ever existed.
4. I explained to David that I couldn’t afford a rental car because I’m a poor college student and he set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could go to school.
I would definitely recommend this place for all vehicle repairs!

Crappy place, Crappy customer service. People are so rude and unknowledgeable. Take your business elsewhere, please.
It’s already bad that you’re taking your car in for service. But to deal with this kind of people on top of it is just horrendous.
They told me my car would be ready in a week. I called back in a week and a half and they said they need one more week. I call back on one week and asked for five more days. On top of that, three people promised me my car would be ready on time. Do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere. Otherwise, expect the headache.

By far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company told me my truck would be fixed in five days. I was told this by two different people three different times. Now it appears that it will take seven days to fix and I am without a vehicle and for those two days I was never informed about. Not to mention they won’t cover a rental car for me due to their mistake and poor performance.

5 STARS for their HONESTY and INTEGRITY
Original consultation required a part to be ordered and before we left that day we paid in full initial plus follow up visit per their quote.
Part arrives a week later and we take truck into the shop to get it worked on. We receive a call a few hours later when the truck was ready AND to their discovery they did not need the ordered part and fixed only what was needed. In addition they refunded the difference!
With all that being said – I’m amazed at their level of commitment to integrity and honesty because no one would have known if the part was or was not used due to it’s hidden location.

Very poor workmanship and no customer service at all, to me saying «well that’s all we can do» is not good enough. I do not recommend anyone having their car repaired here, they have no standards and basically turn their backs when things are not right. Never again and I will definitely spread the word to stay away!

Went in to ask a quick question about a problem i was having with my brake lights. Employee named Jensen was kind enough to take the time to diagnose the problem and replace the part all free of charge. Thanks for the hospitality!

Although reading the explanation and excuses from the owner, I would never recommend anyone coming to this establishment.
I chose another repair shop with far more reviews. The company that has done a great and helpful job is KURODA! They pointed out things that Global left out without me having to say anything.
The guys over at Kuroda explained that my paint wouldn’t have been blended properly from what Global wrote on the estimate. They weren’t going to take the time to blend my paint color into my door.
I informed my insurance carrier of the dishonesty of Global and even spoke to a manger about it. I’m happy that my insurance company agreed :)

The staff here are wonderful. The Assistant Manager, Jensen, is absolutely great to work with and very customer service oriented. I parked my Honda in a parking lot with really high cement parking «curbs» (or whatever they’re called). When I parked, the whole front bumper /​fender scraped over it and I know it was bad. When I reversed, the whole thing came off! My car looked totaled! I had a nice bystander help me attempt to «pop» the bumper back on and it was hanging on by a thread. This was on Sunday night. I made it home and called Global first thing Monday morning. I asked what time they do estimates, and the girl said «we don’t do estimates on Mondays…» to which I said «please don’t do this to me.» and they promptly said come on down! They were really nice and accommodating — I didn’t even have to beg… or cry. I got down to the shop and the estimate was super quick– not even 20 minutes. They came up with a plan of repair that worked within my budget (removing bumper /​fender, installing new plastic pieces to support it, using glue to make it flush, etc.). It cost about $ 250. In the meantime that day, they gave me a free «loaner» car. I dropped my car off at around noon and I had it back by 5 p.m. I would not go to any other shop for body work (though I hope I never need any more body work again!)! Thank you Jensen and team. Finally– just a side note– they are a USAA preferred shop. Super easy to work with if you have USAA and are going through your insurance.

I have have my car back now a week. I had to decrease rating. Still have a terrible paint job. Needs buffing more and the trunk is warped they need nothing to fix and is actually very obvious. I didn’t notice at the shop because I was focused on the poor paint job at the time. Honestly I would never take my car back. They didn’t even know the car was convertible and never tested if worked after all repairs. ???

After using Global in the past and being very happy with their work after an accident I took car back and added almost twice as much extra work as insurance told car would be ready went to pick up found panel that hadchips to be repaired was just painted over not repaired all chips remained after three more days picked up car after getting home washed car since it was returned dirty found saftey check stickers were not put on new bumper and big greasy hand prints on seats and door panels of just detailed interior never again.

I needed a repair on my Toyota Rav. The back bumper was damaged so I called USAA to make a claim. USAA has a list of vendors that already have all the paperwork and payment agreements arranged so i just need to cover the deductible. Jensen was the assessor and point of contact and he was absolutely helpful in explaining everything that was going to happen.
Everybody was very friendly and professional as well. They said the repair job might take 3 – 4 days depending on whether they had the part on island or needed to have the part shipped. Thankfully the part was on island and I had my car back in two days. Great because I need it for my business. Great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

DONT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE! This is the worst place ever againsty wishes my husband took our second car their after they repaired out ranger over and they didn’t put the mud flap back in right and we lost it and had to replace it! He took our second car their for a trunk repair and when I pointed out that the hindge was put
On wrong and pushed into the rubber unlike being a ½ inch off like the unrepaired side the worker got IRRIATE THAT I actually let him know there was still an issue! Instead of simply saying «I sorry let’s get this fixed the corrects way» no he acted like a BALIGERANT fool went into a Tirant! Mind u I am a women he started yelling curse words at me! Told me to fuxk off and not to bring the cars back! AS IF I WOULD EVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN! Insisted they didn’t touch the hinge! Well that’s what the car was brought in for was that hinge! The exact one I had brought to his attention! Makes me wonder what are they smoking in there! I just paid u for that service! U can give me all the discounts you want DUMB ASS! I would have paid u double for a job that was done correctly and came with professional service! And to top it off I had missing pieces from my trunk where they tried to out material back! DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEIR WORK IS AWFUL!

great service was provided by the staff. I wrecked my wife’s car and I had them fix other damage as well. They kept me in the loop throughout the repairs via email and phone calls. I am very pleased with this company. They even guarantee the work for as long as We. own the car… Thank you Global Staff…

My car was in desperate need of a paint makeover! I was referred to Global Auto Repair and was sooo glad I took it there! First impressions… the shop is very clean! That’s always a good sign =)
Everything went smoother than I expected and the end result was better than I anticipated!
I highly recommend this shop for anyone that needs a paint job!

Global is wonderful! I’ve had to use Global many times but this is the first time I’ve left a review. They have always been terrific! They are quick to assess the problem when you drive up without an appointment, and then they can usually get you in for the fix within a week. They file everything with insurance and even check about whether you’ll be needing a rental car.
Jensen is easy to work with and everyone at the office is very nice and easy to work with.
Each and every time I’ve been here (3 in total) the work has been perfect! This last time is on my 2013 vehicle which I had been driving for a week when I hit my carport, but they fixed it brand new!
