I rarely give 5 stars but after talking to John he deserves it. My pool has a bad algae problem and John helped me diagnose what could be wrong. He went through the various possibilities until we narrowed it down to the filtration system. What thoroughly impressed me is that when I asked if he thought I could do it myself he said yes and that I could call him when doing it even if its Saturday or Sunday. He could have easily said no, and charged me $ 100 for the service but he didn’t and even offered to help. I haven’t tried this yet but just the fact that he would spend the time to help and also offer free consultation shows me that he’s a reputable guy with great customer service. If I need any future help I’ll go to him first. Thanks John.

I needed help badly, my pool was going stagnant and I didn’t know why. I called John, he came to the house within an hour and pinpointed the problems and has the pool on it’s way back to health. Needless to say, he is our new pool guy!

John from Gecko Pool Service does an amazing job on our pool. We have a huge tree that constantly «sheds» leave. He balance the chlorine well, so the pool does not in any way smell bad. We have 5 dogs that needs to be placed in their rooms when he come. He works with our schedule, so the dogs are in their room settled when he comes.
Really great service level compared to some of the others we have had.

We have been using Gecko Pool Service for several years and are completely satisfied with the wonderful service John provides. We’ve had a pool for over 30 years. Our pool is tiled, and a number of pool cleaning companies have had problems keeping it clean and algae free. Not John! He is the best Poolman we’ve had! Not a single problem since we found him. We highly recommend him!

John is a great guy. Provides excellent service. Switched to him two years ago. My former pool person’s rates were just going out of control. Pool fell into disrepair for a few months. John came in cleaned it up and replaced some major parts. His prices were very fair. Always a pleasure to see his smiling face. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!
