Well I do allot of banking here in Hawaiian and on the mainland. On island I have had some of the best experiences with FHB. The staff have always been kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. My experience in this branch has been no diffrent.
They do have a little stronger stature when talking to tellers which may have to do with the new building or location. They also have many different support services such as payroll, mercheant, and accounting tools that are outsourced to local businesses with a strong reputation in the community.
For such a large branch I would expect things to be a little busy during the mid day and afternoon rush. The business teller is always available and very proactive. I would have to say this is a very good start. And my favorite branch as of now for its short wait and new atmosphere.
