Bad customer service from the SA(Yumi) all the way to the manager. I’m not a Fendi fan but the Buggies caught my attention so I ordered a Buggie charm. I was told there’s only one in the U. S and it will be shipped from SFO store. They took my cc info, name and address. SA told me it will take at least three business days to arrive at the store. Yumi called me five days after to tell me it was erroneously sent to the L. A store and was sold to a customer. REALLY??? Sending it by mistake to another store is one thing but selling it to another customer? They are not even sorry about it. I wanted a call back from their manager but never got one. Bad, bad service.

I stumbled upon this store while looking like a hot mess. I was actually planning on coming here at a time when I looked more presentable, but I was already at the Ala Moana mall, so I figured I could stop in and browse. Paula was absolutely great. She greeted me politely even though I looked like a beach bum. I totally felt like a VIP! She offered my partner and I drinks, and presented us with products that matched what I had wanted. I ended up happily purchasing a continental wallet from the Crayon collection, and a monogram scarf. I love Fendi for their beautiful handbags and accessories, but I love Fendi more for having such professional and friendly employees.

One word…“Paula”! Paula is simply the most professional, courteous, and friendly luxury pro I’ve ever encountered. She is the reason that I will continue to purchase from this design house over others. She sold me a beautiful pink Selleria wrap bracelet, black Zucchino shopping tote, and the matching keycase/ID case within 2 weeks and 2 separate visits to the store. I like that Paula was well versed in the history of the design house and her pride in the brand showed. I encourage you to visit this store for all your Fendi purchases — you will be treated with the utmost respect and dignity despite your background(I’m a middle-class, hard-working, lil’ black girl :)).

LoveLoveLove this store /branch! Years ago, I used to have a very friendly and professional SA who would call me up about new stock as well as mixer events. I don’t invest too much in this brand like I used to, but it’s still one of my favorites =) Two weekends ago, I dropped by to check out the store’s inventory. Mr. David Lee was extremely helpful in my quest for a small handbag. I didn’t purchase anything that day, but he did ask for my email so he could update me on a particular item I inquired about. Five stars for Fendi!

I was involved in a Category 4 Clusterf*ck here last year. You’re saying, «It’s a pair of shoes, how much drama could there be?» Promises, lies, threats, more lies — it escalated all the way to a VP of Somethingorother in Milan. «It’s the very last one in North America…» has to be up there with«I swear I had a vasectomy…» as among the worst lies told to women. They did eventually make things right(ish) but I will never again return to this store.

Extremely helpful. I was looking for a clutch and the sales associate(male), was very sweet and showed me all types of fendi bags. Unfortunately, they were all a bit too ostentatious for me. However, I really like their big shoulder bags — they are so cute! 5 stars for being so helpful and not at all pretentious :)
