Had a very good experience at this store yesterday. Tomoko Lamar helped me with the exchange of a product my husband purchased for me. She was very helpful and I found a product that suits my needs perfectly. Very happy.

If you are planning to buy a Montblanc pen, please be aware they have a «no refund» policy. I was shock to find that out about their policy, especially from a high end store. For this Father’s day, I decided to get him a pen. My husband did not want other pen and wanted to return it. When he went back to return it, the staff said, we don’t do refunds. My husband asked if they told me about their return policy and she told him that the policy is on the receipt. Does not make sense to anyone? You only know about the return policy, after you buy it, then it is too late. You can’t get a refund. Don’t get me wrong, we love their pens but if you are planning to make a big purchase from Montblanc and not sure about keeping it, take your time before purchasing it.

Montblanc makes the quintessential luxury pen. These pens, whether they are rollerball, ballpoint, or fountain are made with the utmost quality you can find out there. Not only they are completely balanced on your hand, it simply feels natural to write with them. Its not unusual to see a professional that writes alot own at least one and swear by them. We’re lucky here on the island to have a place locally that sells Montblanc pens and accessories. The sales staff here are very friendly and won’t judge a customer based on what they’re wearing. I was able to pick a refill bottle of Mystery Black ink for my heirloom Montblanc fountain pen for a reasonable price. I ended up buying another pen as a gift since the sales staff were so helpful! Montblanc also carries automatic watches and leather goods which as you would expect, command high prices and are made as well as their pens are. If you have never written with a Montblanc pen and have some spare time, I would highly recommend experiencing it. The pens also makes a memorable gift that one could appreciate and is unique. I’m sure whoever you give it to will always remember you from the pen.

Most people think of Monblanc as a high end pen. And they are correct. But go inside and be surprised on the other high quality products they make. For instance, their watches are Swiss movement automatics and can make any watch expert jealous. Staff is friendly.

I didn’t mean to be a lover of Montblanc pens. I started with one… loved it and got another. Wife bought me one for my birthday but that one I made her return. I love the pens, the weight in your hand is perfect and the design is incredible. Just don’t let anyone borrow your pen because you might not get it back.

We walked into this store on several occasions. Seeing it was a «high-end» pen store I didn’t know what to think, until I saw the prices on their pens. You think you’re a balla with that $ 1000LV handbag? Well you aren’t. Drop $ 10k on ONE Mont Blanc pen? Now you’re rollin’! If I had a $ 10k pen, I would imagine I would be able to chat with it and it could also be able to translate my words into Japanese. In addition, help with my irons, read greens, and carry my golf bag. Anyway, they also sell other items such as wallets. I have one and it’s super nice. I always get compliments on it. Plus, I like being on a different wagon than the ones on that bandwagon brand across the way. 8P The employees are very helpful and nice. Seeing that they have very few customers roll through, getting help isn’t a problem at all. Macy’s wing, closer to the center of the mall, near the elevator.

If the 10-pack Bic pens are just not good enough for your John Hancock, and the Pilot G-2 roller balls you bought on a 2for1 sale at Longs just won’t impress your new clients, head on over to Montblanc at Ala Moana for the finest in writing instruments(since when did pens become instruments? Oh yeah — when emails took over the world), leather goods, and jewelry(yes, jewelry). Their pens are beautiful and the epitome of the art of fine writing instruments(there’s that word again!). The store is really nice and the sales staff are ultra friendly(not like some of the other snooty places). I really like their wallets and have gifted them on several occasions, along with pens and other small trinkets. Good place to look for a very special gift that your recipient will appreciate and actually use for years to come.
