I bought my glasses here less than 6 months ago and they lost a piece to them. First time I went in they were so unhelpful, said they might not recover piece and didn’t seem to want to help.
I posted a review & a week after they contacted me and I came and picked up a new set so they resolved our issue, gave me a new set of glasses. So all in all, besides the issue they corrected their mistake. Their products are cheap so if this is what you’re looking for then give it a try!

I came in on 6÷15÷15 to drop off my Rx for contacts. I’ve been coming here to place orders on contact lens ever since high school. When I called a week after, asking for the status I was told that it hasn’t come in yet and it may take up to a week. I made sure I gave them my phone number so that they can call and let me know that they’re ready for pick up.
It’s been almost 4 weeks now and still no call. How disappointing. It has never taken this long before and I’m completely out of contacts. I’ve been wearing out my current ones for several weeks now…

Went in today to see if they could help repair my Ray-​Ban sunglasses which were badly bent. Very nice woman upfront Took my glasses to the man in the back five minutes later he brought them out almost perfect. Much much better than I brought them in. I asked how much and her response was don’t worry about it, no charge. Where do you ever see that at an eyeglass shop especially in Honolulu? All I can say is this is my place from now on for repairs and glasses. Thanks again. CJ

Not impressed with selection. A really good place (not Lenscrafter) will also work with you on changing frames or lenses if you are not satisfied.

I couldn’t be happier with the Eyeglass Shoppe. For years I «settled for» the bland, boring glasses at Lenscrafters. Then I discovered this gem. The selection is fantastic but even better is the service. The staff took the time to sit down with me and show me their inventory, to offer real criticism of my choice and worked with me to get the best deal I could from the companies that grind the lenses. And they made me feel like «family» as opposed to LensCrafters where I felt like one of a herd or DreamVision where I felt that they were only interested in selling me the most expensive glasses they could.
No doubt about it — the best eyeglass shop on Oahu.

Be sure you are happy with your frames before you purchase, because they have a very strict return policy. I wasnt 100% happy with my frames I chose. They told me I couldnt return them without losing the money I spent on the lenses, so I just kept them.
As much as I hate supporting Lensecrafters, this is something that is great about them. They let you return anything if you are unsatisfied.
I will still browse at the eyeglass shoppe when I am in need of new ones, but I will definitely be a lot more cautious about my spending.

I too just decided to go and pick up new glasses. Everytime I go I just leave everything up to Lisa and she takes care of everything. You can always trust Lisa to find the fit and style for you.
