Dee Lite Bakery

Glad that St. Germaine’s is still at Ala Moana. It moved from Shirokiya to the outside of Food Court on the oceanside. I was happy that they had a few cakes because I needed a birthday cake. Unfortunately, I didn’t plan ahead and was unable to get decorations on my cake. They need 24 hrs notice. Love their cakes and pastries a lot!

Meat donuts! Yep, that’s what I call them, I’m not a donut fan but add meat to it, yeah buddy!
Located right in Ala Moana center, street level, near the post office and Foodland. Clean, trays are filled with delectable baked goods, your stomach won’t believe your eyes. The set up is very attractive and efficient, displays draws your attention everywhere, seems to cause temporary A.D.D, I know my focus was everywhere at once and the smell was heavenly.
The line moves very slowly but the employees are friendly and welcoming. The prices are a bit much. You tend to get fooled with two dollars here and there. I got 3 items (sausage roll, tuna roll and this french thingy that resembled a butter roll) and paid just under $ 9, wow!!! I can’t complain because every item was delicious! Since I was little Dee-​lite bakery was known for the best tasting desserts, cookies, donuts, meat donuts (lol) and many years later, the taste is still completely phenomenal!
