matt otani needs to pay his driver accordingly. the drivers show up everyday, work hard and aren’t taken care of. he’ll learn once the «mass exodus» takes place. well, at least his childhood buddies who work for him are taken care of. i had gotten into a fight with one of his colleagues, dusted his ass off and was fired. ill bet if dude had gotten the best of me i’d still be working there. oh well, i’m off to better things #fuckit

The arrogance of one ‘bad apple’ is quite amusing… it’s also obviously related to the proprietors… speaking of which, why is ‘da man’s luxury vehicles ALWAYS parked in the ‘will-​call’ stall? Wouldn’t it make sense to abide by their own sign and reserve the space for CUSTOMERS?
I’ve been a customer (Bcause) of location for almost 6 years now… but today my patience was challenged… so this review.
I will NEVER patronize an establishment who blatantly gives you the attitude for such a simple question:
Can I see the product first?
The response, don’t remember the exact words, but at that moment — in my brain — it sounded like; take it or leave it!
Quite disappointed.
P. S. The ‘regular’ staff are courteous and compassionate and just awesome people!

Make place an order, they make and deliver within a day or a specific date you need. Place a will call, it will be ready in 2 hours.
Great customer service. If I ever had an issue with produce, they always take back and it replace goods purchased.

D Otani, you ARE a business that relies on sales… Meaning, your goal should be to cater to %100 of your available clientele.
Lesson in Business 101: Do not alienate 50% of your potential clients by shoving your political philosophies in the face of the general public.
I would never recommend them for produce wholesale.
