Cornerstone Air Conditioning Inc. is great. About two years ago I had a stench coming from my split level ac unit in my living room. Apparently you are supposed to service your ac at least once a year. Ours was put in seven years ago and had not been serviced once!
Cornerstone was recommended to me by several people so I immediately called Edwin and made an appointment. Richard came over, thoroughly cleaned the living room ac along with all my others. They even cleaned out the drain lines! Very thorough, super professional and friendly. I now have them come every six months for servicing/​repair. I highly recommend them.

An excellent, reliable company that is very responsive to your needs. We have had them out to do maintenance and repairs on our residential central air conditioning system and their prices are competitive and they have come quickly which we so appreciate. In our first dealing with Cornerstone, we had initially called the company that had installed our system but that company said parts had to be ordered from the mainland, a big delay in hot weather. One call to Cornerstone and they obtained the part on island and repaired it pronto.

Overpriced and horrible quality. Too many workers get brought over for a 2 man job. Get a couple more workers to come along and basically just watch the whole time (kind of like the city sometimes).
Overpriced: About $ 160+ for them to come out to re fix THEIR own job that they did not more then. I’d say 3 months ago. All they did was fIx a plate and screw that caught the drippings of the water. They came the same day that they were called; however, literally 5 minutes with a screwdriver and he was done and they were out.
Poor Quality: They have installed a couple of our AC’s and the wood work around it looks terrible. Totally wrong type of molding going around (it basically looks like scrap wood going around it, being held in with huge screws that are totally wrong looking). My father, who is just a little handy man, with no schooling or anything (unless you call high school wood shop for 1 year in the 60’s «very educational») can install one of those in half the time AND make it look really neat with the type of good looking molding. He will even paint it too — at least whatever the color is surrounding the unit.
