This is a convenience store that sells liquor, soft drinks, snacks and prepared food on a street with heavy foot traffic. Being on Hotel Street in the heart of Chinatown this store attracts very interesting clientele. I mean, if you ask me I think people watching here has more excitement than at Starbucks! Whenever I buy soft drinks or iced coffee here they put your drinks in black plastic bags for anominity. With the Chinatown Police Substation across the street you need to be discreet when purchasing alcohol and walking around with it. I find it very smart for the owners to have the cashier, hence cash register elevated so it makes it more difficult to rob here. If you’re in Chinatown and want to grab a drink and a bag of chips this is the place to come to. I’ve found this place to be very well lit and clean. However, their business hours for Sunday are not consistent, where I downgrade place by a star. NOTE: The staff here go to church on Sundays so they don’t open until later. Times vary on Sundays but usually open by 1pm.
