Js Market

I think me and my friend Jeff battle being the duke/​duchess of Js Market on Hotel St. so I figured, I might as well one-​up him and be the first to review the place!
I come in here for a variety of items, mostly gum, cigarettes (which I hope not to be purchasing in 2011), candy, Halls cough drops, 22oz beers, etc. I come in here so much that whoever works the counter will say to me: «hey sista, how you?» As my purchase is being rung up, we’ll make small talk and then I’m sent on my merry way.
Js also has an ATM if you’re too lazy to walk to your actual bank’s ATM. I believe the usage fee is fairly low (like maybe $ 2.50), compared to other ATMs in Chinatown.
I’d give this place 5 stars but 4 stars for the crackheads and homeless that are often in the store or hanging around outside. They generally keep to themselves but I hate feeling like I might get jacked at any moment.
