First of all, this building has multiple units in it. I am only rating the Castle Resort owned/operated units NOT the private aparthotel units owned and rented out by private owners. I stayed in #704. Very nice room with a kitchenette for a great price. I want to commend Roxy Cordero Front Desk Representative for going above and beyond in helping me with renting a room and renting a great parking space. She is cheerful, welcoming, efficient and runs a tight ship. Once again, BUYERBEWARE of units that are NOT owned/operated by Castle Resorts in the Waikiki Grand Hotel. Do NOT rent #318 or #817 which is owned and/or operated by Shay Property Management. Those rooms have many many problems and many complaints from other vacation renters of them and the management is off-sight and literally impossible to deal with. The front desk CANNOT help you with anything about those privately held units. Kudos to Rob and Roxy for bailing me out of a really horrible experience in Unit/Studio/#817. Do NOT accept any assignment by Expedia or for a «One Bedroom in the Waikiki Grand». The apart/hotel studio unit may be in the same building — but it is NOT Waikiki Grand/Castle Resort property.
