Convenient location for me and they’ve never messed up my order but the two stars is for the customer service … There’s been MULTIPLE times when I’ve gone there and the girls behind the counter are to busy talking story… Honestly that would not bother me at all if they see me and stop but the fact that they will look at me waiting and still continue to talk and finish their conversation drives me crazy! Not to mention all the Filipino talk that goes on behind the counter. I have nothing against Filipinos. But I think it’s inappropriate for them to have side conversations in another language while you’re taking a customers order

I expend great energy resisting the temptation of fast food. As hard as I may try, I do have my moments of weakness. One such moment came yesterday about noon, as I found myself with an undeniable craving and suddenly appeared(obviously in a hunger induced trance) at the Arby’s counter at the Navy NEX. I ordered a chicken sandwich, with fries and a drink to go(this is key). After receieving my food, I go to the condiment dispenser to put ketchup on my sandwich and its empty. Next to it of course is a bin full of ketchup packets, but I inform a female behind the counter of the situation with the dispenser. She proceeds to look at the dispenser, then the bin full of ketchup and nudges the ketchup packet filled bin further out in the counter and says«here you go». I say, in an astonished retort«that wasn’t the point» to which the gentleman to my left quickly agreed. We had to-go orders and there is no point in taking packets… if you have a dispenser. As customers, we bring someting to your attention and you are expected to resolve the issue. The food was good, but this employees attitude is not worth a 3 or 4 star review… or the $ 15 an hour fast food workers are lobbying for.

I am so glad there is an Arby’s close by and no you don’t need an military id just to go in the food court. I read all the other reviews and I am not sure if they were ordering some crazy special sandwich but I have never had a problem with them not getting my order correct. Sometimes they have a little trouble understanding what I say but usually they get it right on the second time telling them. I do feel like for a fast food place it is rather high so I don’t go there all the time. If you do go you need to go before 1130 at least cause that place gets packed with people for lunch and you might be left with no where to sit.

Seems to be a high turnover in staff. The last 2 times I’ve been here I’ve had items missing from my order.

Going downhill. Was in a hurry during lunch, Arby’s was the only one without a line. Gave it a try, sorry I did. $ 12 for a meal plus extra sandwich. The $ 1.99 extra value roast beef was skimpy. Since the food court was busy, decided to get a to-go bag. It seemed to pain the black female to stop leaning on the counter to get a bag for me. So if there is no line at Arby’s, you know why… poorly made food and poor service.

It’s your Typical Arby’s. Food was good, great customer service and your normal everyday prices. I am glad that their is one in the NEX food court, haven’t seen another one around.

Arby’s is now open in the food court. Long, awkward lines but the usual food. There aren’t any other locations near this area, so expect this micro version to be busy for a long time — especially during lunch.
