Website easy to use. You can pick and choose places to eat and have it delivered any where in town. I order for about 10+ people. They will text and email updates of your order so very convenient. Had to change my order so called their number and they were really helpful. Food arrive on time. Driver was professional and stored food in a large black container and offered extra plates and utensils. They do charge a service/​delivery fee, I paid less than $ 10 can’t remember if it’s a flat rate. Food was label with co worker’s name. Will use them again!!!
Only problem was food cold. Don’t know if it was from the place we ordered from?!

Thank you to Aloha 2 Go for fixing a complaint that was mentioned on here. You took prompt action and we tried ordering again and was met with better service. The order was correct, the driver prompt and courteous. My daughter was pleased to also find in the order a card with the drivers name and check list as well as a brochure which she never received in her first order. Thank you for changing our minds and being on it. I will recommend Aloha 2 Go anytime. Mahalo!

Fantastic service. Saw a Mobile Waiter delivering in my building and he gave me a magazine Menu. I ordered the next day and I was given updates on each level… when my order was placed, when the driver arrived at the restaurant, when he was on his way to me… it was just amazing. The only thing that took a while was trying to figure out what to feed my face. I’ll be sure to use this service again very soon!

Definitely a fan of Aloha 2 Go. They’re perfect for your online one stop shop. By adding alcohol and more restaurants to their selection they were able to broaden their market. This is your perfect service for when you are feeling lazy and just want to stay in bed. Which would probably be everyday if the charge wasn’t 8.99. This is also not including tip which 15%-20% is recommended as if they were actual servers. This would be my only qualm with Aloha 2 Go and why i reduced my rating to 4 stars. Although I still keep coming back and always will, I don’t mind tipping and paying the service charge because their drivers are usually always on time and I feel they go the extra mile to make sure your food is warm and gets to you promptly (compared to pizza deliver drivers). Good job Aloha 2 Go keep it up try to add more restaurants to the Salt Lake area!

They consistently screw up the order and never take responsibility. We used to order for my business, but after constant mess ups on the order we will NEVER order from them. when we did complain and said that the person didn’t get our order right, they told us that we ordered wrong. because they supposedly «record» all orders, we asked to hear the recording. they told us that they «can’t» release the recording to us because it is company policy. so that if they mess up, they won’t tell you!!!
really disappointing service and will never order from them again. we have ordered from room service in paradise since then and they will continue to take our orders.
aloha2go needs to seriously review their employees and tell their people on the phone to have some MANNERS!!!

First off, let me say we order from here ALL THE TIME, so I must be a fan. The operators are very nice and helpful. A couple times the drivers did deliver incomplete orders; one time the driver went all the way back to the restaurant to get the missing item (poor guy, but I’m sure he learned from it) and the other time we just let it slide because we had plenty of food already.
However, I take off a star for the illusion of «value». My boyfriend always says: lets order delivery, it’s well worth the $ 8.99 (plus additional driver tip) to have food brought to our door rather than pay to park and wait at some overcrowded restaurant. Sure, he’s totally got a point and that’s exactly why we keep ordering from them all the frickin time. BUT, BEWARE that you are paying way more than delivery fee and tip. If you compare the prices that Aloha2Go charges with what the actual restaurant charges, you will notice that Aloha2Go has jacked the price of EACH and EVERY item. Sneaky buggers. So you could easily pay another $ 20 – 25 more for your order than it would cost to do take-​out, plus the $ 8.99 deliver fee and $ 10 – 15 driver tip. Suddenly what seemed like a «convenience» becomes pretty costly. Because of the undisclosed cost, we have started to do more take-​out orders when possible, but still use Aloha2Go a lot. We are lazy:)

I started using this service after I had brain surgery last year, I had complications and had to go back on chemo for about 4 months, this service is so amazing that they even delivered dinner to me while I was in the hospital at Straub. Some days I would be so weak and tired that I could not cook for my family. I LOVE ALOHA 2 GO! Every driver that has delivered has always been prompt and courteous. They even deliver drinks, beer and wine. They also have an excellent reward program, when I went to redeem points for a Nordstrom gift card, I received the gift card within 24 hours of my request. I simply cannot live without this service.

Didn’t get the guacamole I paid for. And I ordered and paid for 4 water bottles and only got 1. There were 3 thirsty people and I was sad about the guac. The burrito was the bomb though! So overall the driver needs to check the order before leaving the restaurant. Double check it. I’m sad I left a 20% tip.

So amazing! Me and my boyfriend ordered Hawaiian food and got to eat within 35 minutes of placing our order! We live near Hawaii Kai so we weren’t expecting such quick service! The text updates were nice, our driver was gracious and kind, and the food was so yummy! Great portions for the price! A new loyal customer

It’s a really great service! I order through them 2 – 3 times a month. The convenience of it all is what I love.
I just wish that there was more options to choose from.
Preferably more Chinese restaurant options!

Even though our order took longer than expected and the restaurant couldn’t fulfill most of what we had requested, Elaine and the manager that contacted us still made sure we were taken care of. I will continue to use aloha2go (we will just cross masala off our list of ordering) as they are always wonderful. Thanks again Elaine for being awesome.

We have ordered food through this service several times now and have not been disappointed once. Their website is very user friendly, and they keep me very updated on the status of my order via text message. Every driver we have had has been very friendly, and we have yet to wait exactly how long they said it would take… They are always here faster!
Delivery fee is around $ 8 with a $ 15-​$ 20 order minimum depending where you order from.
Def recommend this to anyone who wants a good meal but wants to stay in their Jammies :)

So, I had a rough day today, and decided that I would treat myself to a nice dinner, but didn’t feel like going out. So off to Google I went, and searched «Food Delivery Honolulu» and after scrolling through a few sites, I found Aloha 2 Go. Cheaper than the other food delivery services and has most of the same items! So, I placed my order. The site was pretty easy to navigate, and there’s plenty of restaurants to choose from, from fine dining to plate lunch.
I decided to order a corned beef hash moco with poached eggs and white rice, and garlic furikake fries from Highway Inn. I was quoted 49 – 59 minutes for my order. I was expecting to wait for nearly an hour, but to my delight, in about 35 minutes after I ordered, I got the call that my dinner was here! Right on! On top of that, the portions they deliver are huge! I have leftovers to last for days, so I guess the price was worth it, if you average the cost per day out. Double win!
The delivery man was Wayne, and he was very friendly. I wish I had actually tipped in cash, rather than adding the gratuity to the tab while placing the order, because I felt that he deserved more than 15%. I mean, he gave fast, efficient service and exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased.
You have the option to order drinks, utensils and paper dinnerware from Aloha 2 Go too, but I don’t recommend it. It’s a pretty hefty price for items you can find at Long’s, or probably already have around your house.
All in all, Aloha 2 Go is still not cheap, so it’s definitely a treat to enjoy once in a while. However, if you’re planning to stay in, but still want a great dinner, place your order here! They also do parties and office lunches, too!

Aloha 2 Go is so AWESOME! Their app is super easy to use, the food is always hot, and the drivers are so nice. Love this service!

I’ve used Aloha2Go 3 times within the past month or so (Boston Pizza). Very consistent. Each time, I get texts showing the progress of my order, the driver is always friendly and very professional and courteous. The price is reasonable and you can add the tip into the overall price if you are like me and don’t carry a lot of cash. I think the default estimate is 55 min, but we have never had to wait that long. The website and app are both easy to navigate through and place your order. I live in the Aiea area and there are easily 15+ places. OH… and they deliver beer and liquor!

I’ve ordered from various restaurants through these guys over 10 times in the past few weeks. They provide an excellent service and drivers prompt and courteous. Their online menu make it simple and efficient to get food to your doorstep!

Okay! So since my last Review about aloha 2 go, I have nothing but more great news about them!!!
This time around I ordered from wingstop. YES you heard me WINGSTOP! They picked up wingstop and I couldn’t be happier! Finally my craving for lemon pepper chicken wings can be delivered to my house has been answered! I am extremely happy about this!
Service: Again great as always, fast and reliable! The driver was a different guy, but he was very nice as well! I didn’t mention before that you can also choose how you’d like to tip them, via card if your paying that way or cash if you’d like to tip them that way also. The emails and still helpful, and to order is just as easy as it always has been! Thank you Kevin from Aloha 2 Go for letting me know about wingstop! I am a forever client of Aloha 2 Go from here on! MAHALO for the wonderful service!

After my last review (and I had also posted on their Facebook page), the owner of the place phoned me the next morning and said he was refunding my entire order to my credit card! Wow! I certainly didn’t expect that, and it was very nice of him. I ordered again from them a few weeks later, also on a rainy day, but I ordered a few hours in advance to give them more notice. The food arrived and was good, not as cold as before. We ordered wings that were hot and the pizza was warm. No complaints and I’m sure we will keep ordering from them on future rainy days!

Aloha 2 Go is a lifesaver! I think that this fairly new service is really convenient and innovative-it’s something that we all could have used 10 years ago. Aloha 2 Go calls themselves «Honolulu’s Restaurant Resource» and they are basically a delivery company for various restaurants across the island. We no longer have just the option of pizza deliveries to our homes and businesses because Aloha 2 Go has changed the game with their partnerships with many restaurants including Teddy’s Bigger Burgers, California Pizza Kitchen, Auntie Pasto’s, and so many other restaurants.
Basics:
–You can place orders online or over the phone.
–Their menu is online and they also have a nice full color catalogue with the different restaurants, menus and catering options.
–Delivery is a flat fee of $ 8.99 almost anywhere on Oahu (I think a couple of previous reviews on here list them and the zip codes are also listed online).
–Advanced orders are welcomed anytime but you can definitely place an order for immediate delivery. Estimated wait times are usually an hour minimum if ordering for «now.»
I’ve had the pleasure of having food delivered to me at both work and at home. Their service is actually pretty impressive. All of the drivers have been prompt and sometimes even a little early for the scheduled delivery times. Most of the drivers have been extremely friendly and professional (a few were just ok). What impresses me the most is when they deliver meals to my workplace for events or board meetings. They have these huge carriers that keep the food warm or cold and the food is presentation is pretty nicely done. For instance, when I ordered a bunch of sandwiches from CPK, they were individually wrapped and placed in nice cardboard trays. Another time, I placed an order for some sandwich platters from Aloha Sub and they sandwiches came on nice round platters with their dressing on the side and a ton of mayonnaise and mustard packets. Aloha 2 Go also offers plates and utensils along with their deliveries. Last but definitely not least, they offer alcohol… beer, wine, mixers, hard liquor, you name it! Talk about an all-​inclusive food delivery service!
Each driver has a little checklist and note they leave with the order (see my pictures). The note basically thanks you for the order, has the driver’s name on it to send feedback to Aloha 2 Go and request him/​her again and the checklist helps them make sure they have everything that you ordered and took care of any special requests that you had. I will definitely continue to use Aloha 2 Go whenever I pressed for time and can’t drive to get lunch, dinner, etc. and just need a break from cooking. I highly recommend giving them a try!
