Ala Moana Center for Business

Their Elevator System seems rather slow for them having 6 elevators, if they are in fact all working. Doesn’t seem like the smartest system either. Parking is basically non existent. The Parking Guards, especially one of the ladies that works there, is very unpleasant. Its always busy though. I am sure there are some bizarre people that walk through them doors and a few twirlers and Twerkers.

The best hidden space in a very central expertly located area.
I’ve worked downtown, Ala Moana, in Ala Moana Mall, Century Center and a few other buildings. Compared to comparable locations tat have similar services (I’m thinking of a few that I have visited down by Ward and near Kakaako) that are similarly priced but way less value.
Friendly staff– and professional. Extremely important is that they are professional in a professional environment and having to work internationally that is so much more important to have in a quality business.
For the use and convenience factors– wonderful bargain.

Ive used this space for the past three months — 12+ times. Great price to have access to wi-​fi, copying, scanning. The staff are great, its nice and quiet, and very convenient to ala moana, walmart, and food for lunch.

Space and Amenities
The space itself is fantastic. The reception area is beautiful and is the first thing you see when you get off the elevator… it’s the one place you ‘want’ to walk into even if you are not going there… it’s very inviting. Next to the reception desk, there is the board room. It is medium sized, perfect for a meeting of 4 – 6 people. Not only is it private, but is also state of the art. There is an AppleTV hook up and you can use an ipad to access the internet or skype with customers. Hooking up your computer to the large monitor is no problem and teleconferencing is a breeze. There is office space in the back, complete with coffee and tea service as well. The view is really beautiful and provides a comfortable environment to work in. The printer they have for community use is state of the art, and also easy to use.
Depending on the package you choose, you can use this office in many ways. You can have your mail delivered here, a receptionist receive or forward your calls (in more than one language), and have use of the office space.
People
The people here are what separates this Virtual office from it’s competition. Megumi at the front desk not only perfectly represents you, but also makes sure you and your clients are well taken care of. She answers and forwards your calls (in English and Japanese) and scans your mail and emails it to you to see what you need done with it. Having an ‘ultimate customer service professional’ is important, and she is it.
The owner, Marek, believes in supporting small business. His vision is providing the best possible customer service to help your business grow. He does this with a blend of technology and easy to use services, such as human resources, accounting, help with taxes and even company formation. He not only is an accomplished entrepreneur, but he is easy to work with, genuine, and has a great personality.
Location
Ala Moana Center for Business is centrally located in the Ala Moana building (with Bank of Hawaii at the bottom) and is connected to Ala Moana shopping center. This not only means ample parking, but it also means business dinners are a breeze and a location that everyone knows.
Price
Ala Moana Center for Business offers many different packages, but is very, very reasonably priced. I urge you to take a tour and see why this office is THE example of professionalism. You will find that not only the space and amenities are fantastic, but the staff and location make this office a premier spot, and an extremely good value.
