Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology Services

This is the only place I will go when referred for any procedure they do. Everybody is really friendly, and I never have to wait long. Here’s a secret: If you are instructed by parking attendant to go up and park in the green you can go over to Long’s after your x-​ray without having to move your car. This is the parking lot above BOH.

The technicians were ok but the help up front could take some training in customer service. I’ll probably go to the Ala Moana site next time.

Very friendly staff! They’re undergoing an update to their computer system, so they’re working out the kinks, but very apologetic for even the slightest delay. My only suggestion is to dress warm because they’re office is freezing!

I HATE having to take a mammogram! It takes so long and it hurts!!!
Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology is great! They call you to remind you of your appointment and give clear directions on their location. Very conveniently located in the Ala Moana Building (with the former La Ronde Restaurant on top) with tons of parking on the mall! Their office is right by the bank of elevators on the third floor, so very easy to find.
The office is bright and clean and neat and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I arrived really early to fill out forms and show my photo id and health insurance card. They took me in early and in about 20 minutes, I was done! How great is that?!! And with minimal pain! They have you change into cute, warm pink robes for ease of taking the mammograms; nice to look cute when exposing yourself for xrays!

Highly recommend Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology for your mammogram needs! Quick and professional!

Very cheap here to get xrays if you can’t afford to get it at the doctors, hospital or whatever.
I’m behind on reviews so here I am writing reviews lol.
Not much to write on this place. Lots of seating area but it is seriously freezing so just a warning.
This is located at Ala Moana Shopping mall in the Ala Moana building, you will see a big sign and cannot miss it but just remember to walk to the right side not the left side. I walked to the left side and could not find it and ended up walking all the way around the building. Wonderful. At least I got my exercise for the day lol.
They have a ton of magazines to read and a television to watch.
Tons of parking.

Staff was very friendly. I had to get a MRI and the technician was very patient with me since I was nervous. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me to relax for the test. When I requested copies of my report months later, the staff was very accomodating.
