This was a great find in Waikiki near my hotel where I was able to use wifi in a quiet co-​working space. The receptionist was really friendly and helped me get all set up with everything I needed to have a productive work day! Will definitely be back.

I’d strongly recommend using Resource Suites. I run a professional service firm with operations in Japan and the US, and have used several serviced office solutions before, including ServCorp and Regus, as well as smaller companies like Executive Centre and Resource Suites. Daniel and his team at Resource Suites are top notch. One of the greatest benefits they offer is flexibility. Their answer to all of my questions was «yes,» and when they hadn’t done it before, they found a way to make it happen. Maybe the second best part of their service is no hidden fees /​expenses. At ServCorp and Regus, I was constantly surprised by fees for everything. I think they even charged fees for asking what the fee for something was! Very straight-​forward and affordable at Resource Suites. They’ve really found the sweet spot for serviced/​virtual office solutions: flexible and affordable without sacrificing location quality. Oh, and the parking deal might be the best set up in Waikiki — ask them about it.

This is exactly the kind of service that Hawaii needs for young professionals. I’ve lived in large cities (SF, LA, etc) where they have similar hybrid office concepts (especially in the budding start-​up world of silicon valley). I searched high and low for a «cubicle to rent» in Honolulu and finally found Resource Suites.
They offer a gorgeous atmosphere and professional environment at really competitive prices. Everything is ready to go and included in the price (electricity, wireless internet, furniture, a/​c). I know I sound like a sales pitch but I can’t say enough about their services. Their relations manager Shane-​nah was incredible helpful and willing to customize a plan to meet my unique requests/​needs.
This is the perfect atmosphere for start ups in Hawaii and I hope it encourages more entrepreneurial type businesses. My fiancé works from home and is the «Pacific branch» of his financial consulting firm. It’s nice to know that if he ever needs to host a meeting in a professional environment, he has options like Resource Suites.

The «Virtual Office» program that Resource Suites LLC offers is amazing for the modern mobile business person like myslef! So many people are trapped in their offices, attached to their desks and missing out on life. Resource Suites allows you to work AND live your life by setting you up with a high-​profile business address and all the facilities you need to meet with client or hold meetings in a professional (not Starbuck’s) atmosphere, but you don’t have to be in a traditional office all day. Plus, the price is unbeatable! I shopped around, and they had the best services at the best prices for virtual office space. I am so excited about expanding my business to Hawaii, and thanks to Resource Suites, it was much easier and less expensive than I had imagined.

I am a professional Unilocaler in Honolulu so my office is my apartment and coffee shops and the library and park benches. Being able to make my own hours and choose where I want to work from is great but there are times when I miss having an actual «office.» No water cooler discussions, no best «work» friends, no office gossip, no paper airplane contests. Located on the third floor of the Landmark Waikiki building, Resource Suites is a hybrid office built for entrepreneurs, start-​ups and people like me who work in their pajamas. You can rent a furnished office space or just work out of the general work space and get your mail sent there. No more PO Box for me! I usually set-​up in the cubicle side with my laptop and get an amazing amount of work done during the days that I choose to be there. The problem sometimes with working out of your home is that you often have the distractions of your personal life around you such as laundry, dishes, TV, random food, etc. When you work out of a virtual office such as this you can just concentrate on the tasks at hand.
The office is pretty swanky, air conditioned and has a very professional appearance. There’s a receptionist to greet anyone who comes to have a meeting with you and a conference room is available as well. They’ve got everything you need to run your business (printers, binding machines, Wi-​Fi) and you can even hire in-​house secretarial help. I’m going to get all my Unilocal packages sent there because I am tired of missing the UPS/​FedEx guy and being forced to drive out to the airport!
I think that Resource Suites represents how technology is changing where and how we work. No longer do you have to be chained to a desk but if you choose to do it for productivity’s sake then this is a place for you!
