Dr. Yew and his entire staff was so amazing and great to me from beginning to end!
Let’s start off with my first experience a few months ago getting fillers & Botox done in the mainland which I was disappointed with the minimal results I received with the filler done in my lips & laugh lines and i didn’t see a difference. When I got back to Hawaii I thought I would try again because I really wanted my lips filled out for the past year. I had a consultation with a reputable plastic surgeon that had good reviews, the consultation was no longer than 10 minutes & the dr. didn’t explain anything to me but only commented on the small amount of filler the dr. on the mainland used. I wanted my lips filled so bad I told him to go ahead & that I ONLY WANTED 1 SYRINGE, he used 2 syringes & I looked like a duck then charged me double than what I originally wanted to pay, lucky I had the extra money at the time! A week later I new something was wrong because I had big clear lumps that looked like bubbles of filler on the inside of my lips & mouth that looked like cold sores when I smiled. I went back to the surgeon & he said this was normal & I argued it wasn’t so I told him I wanted him to use the ha dissolver to remove all the filler which is supposed to dissolve it by the next day. 1 week later & the clear lumps were still inside my lips & nothing was dissolved which was depressing me so bad I wouldn’t leave the house & I cancelled all my work meetings!
I called my friends in the beauty industry for advice & was recommended from multiple friends to see Dr. Yew & he would be able to help me because I didn’t want to go back to the surgeon who did this. I called dr. Yews office & got an appointment soon after. From the moment I walked into Dr. Yew’s office I felt at home! I was immediately greeted by the receptionist then by Dr. Yew with all smiles as if I’ve know him for many years! Dr. Yew sat with me for at least 30 minutes explaining how fillers work using examples & demonstrations on his computer & we spoke about my skin & facial filler goals. He also looked at the clear lumps in my lips & explained what causes this to happen & is not normal to have these lumps! He then dissolved the clear filler lumps with just 3 little pricks of the HA dissolving agent & all the lumps went away immediately! Makes me wonder what the surgeon was doing so wrong that he could not undo his bad filler job & dr. Yew was able to fix it painlessly & quickly! I was so excited and thrilled to finally find a dr. who knows the art injecting fillers & Botox that I went back to see him & his wonderful staff for Botox! Amazing job on the Botox & I have another appointment this week for fillers. What I love about the way dr. Yew works is that he does everything in stages not all at once & with my bad experiences I realized this is the ONLY way it should be done! He actually cares about the procedures he performs & it’s his art, so he’s very careful about every little thing he does because he’s a perfectionist. He’s not all about making money like the other Dr.‘s I’ve seen! Also, I will be seeing Erika to do laser skin resurfacing & hair removal. Erika was also at my initial consultation & she makes sure to come & see me every appointment I have with Dr. Yew! She’s also amazing! I’ll write another review after my filler appointment & make sure to add pictures. Thank you to Dr. Yew & all his wonderful staff!
FYI, a piece of advice to anyone looking to get fillers, Botox, laser, etc. make sure to do your homework on all Dr.‘s & have consultations before getting anything done (I highly recommend consulting with Dr. Yew)! I’VE WASTED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BEFORE FINDING DR. YEW
& I’LL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN!

Dr. Yew & his crew, are amazing. Honest, non judgemental, and so personable. Erica & Dr. Yew are so informative, and are not out to, just take your money. They are honestly trying to help give you, the best looking you.

Dr Yew is amazing! He and his staff will make you feel relaxed and truly cared for. More importantly he is super knowledgeable of his field.
His work is subtle. He really knows how to make you looked refreshed and not over done and he never pressures you to get more than you need.

Dr. Yew is the best with amazing results. I went last year and am going back again this month. I won’t see anyone else but him!

I highly recommend Dr. Yew. After a year of detailed research I decided to go see Dr. Yew for lip fillers. His bedside manner is excellent and I was really impressed how comfortable he made me feel. The process went well and I felt safe and in good hands the entire time. He treated me with the utmost professionalism. And my lips look great! I am very pleased with the results. Dr Yew knows his stuff, fell in love with him. Such a kind heart. His staff is professional and very warm. He now has a customer for life.

I recently went in for the dermapen procedure. I was skeptical at first because I’ve never done anything like it before. A day after the procedure I can already see the results! My skin has gotten brighter, the redness I had on my cheeks is gone, my pores are shrinking and my acne and pock marks are fading. Dermapen is a painless procedure and is safer than laser treatments.
As far as the staff goes, they’re GREAT! The front desk woman is welcoming and helpful with any pre procedure questions. Heidi the esthetician was professional yet very personable. She walked me through step by step and answered any other questions I had. She did a wonderful job! Dr. Yew has a delightful personality and made me feel like he had known me for years.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Yew and his staff to help you look and feel more beautiful than you already are!

I went to Aesthetics Hawaii about a couple of months ago and got masseter injection. This procedure helped my jaw line to look like the V-​line and slimmer. It was a worthwhile investment. The staff was so friendly and Dr. Yew was very professional and informative. I also got the Dermapen micro needling procedure. After the first treatment, my friends noticed that my skin was more smooth and brighter. I also noticed that my skin was very smooth and texture was more refined. I am so glad I got these two procedures done and would recommend them.

What a fabulous experience! I have been suffering from Melasma (areas of dark pigment on my face) since moving from Seattle to the very SUNNY Hawaii. A friend of mine recommended I check out OBAGI, a skin care line that can address pigment issues. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Yew. My experience from start to finish far exceeded my expectations. When I checked in for my appointment Sierra was the receptionist and she was incredibly nice, we chatted about OBAGI for a moment and she was very knowledgable, and seemed to have a genuine interest in my visit and excited for me to try OBAGI.
I had a short wait in the reception area before one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen (Erica) approached me to let me know Dr. Yew was ready to see me. Erica made me feel very welcomed and excited about my visit. When I walked into the office I was greeted with a big smile and a very warm welcome from Dr. Yew! Not my typical response from a Doctor! Immediately I knew Dr. Yew, Erica, and his staff were something special.
Dr. Yew took his time to let me know about his practice and the locations he can be seen at and to null any confusion that may arise from that. Now to the super fun part! The consultation! This is where I was blown away, I had zero questions after this in depth, knowledge filled consultation. Dr. Yew and Erica made me feel special and that my aesthetics concerns really were important. It was like having a conversation with really smart friends. Where else can you go and have a 30 minute FUN consultation?! I was shown before and and after photos, told specifically how to use each step in the system and what each step addressed, as well as an in depth discussion of my expectations. By the end I had no question that OBAGI was for me, and that I just had one of the best professional experiences ever. You can feel the love in the room, it was very refreshing. I came out of my visit with some jokes, life lessons, quotes, and what I now know to be the cure for my Melasma :) Bye Bye makeup foundation! I would recommend Dr. Yew to anyone! Treat others how you want to be treated :)

The treatment at Dr. Yew’s office was everything that I could have hoped for. The staff was friendly, courteous and highly professional. Both the doctor and the staff took care and time to ensure that all my questions were answered, that I was well educated on the product being used in the treatment and exactly what to expect in the result. Not only was Dr. Yew’s consultation and treatment amazing in terms of the results of the Botox administered, his bedside manner was impeccable and he really cared about me as a patient. To me this is the definition of well-​rounded medicine. Clearly Dr. Yew and his staff are not only focused on the treatment itself (which yielded amazing results in an incredibly quick time frame) but the quality of life of his patients. He sat and listened attentively to my concerns and questions and made sure that I made choices that were both exactly what I wanted and results I feel I can be truly proud of! His eye for detail, an artistic eye for the contours of the face and body combined with high medical professionalism and thoughtful bedside manner made all the difference for me. I brought my mother in for treatment as well and she was impressed as well and is absolutely thrilled with the results!
This clinic and Dr. Yew himself receives my strongest recommendation. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Not only did the treatment make a difference in how I look but also in how I feel.
(Note: I had Botox in the middle of my brow for wrinkles [between the eyebrows] and I no longer have any wrinkles at all. It really gives my face a more youthful expression and looks completely natural. My mother had Botox injections on both sides of her face which resulted in a slimmer jawline, a more feminine face overall and aided her greatly with TMJ and TMJ related stress headaches. She would frequently miss work do to how uncomfortable the TMJ made her as well as headaches related to the stress of grinding. She hasn’t felt those painful symptoms as soon as the Botox took affect so not only aesthetic but functional results as well)

I got the Dermapen micro needling procedure from Heidi and it was excellent. My skin is refreshed and smooth. I also got Botox between my brows from Erica. She has a calming voice and light touch. I didn’t feel a thing and I’m already noticing the fine lines that were appearing to diminish. I’m so pleased with my results and can’t wait to tell all of my friends!

NO ONE EVER GUESSES MY AGE CORRECTLY! I am turning 49 soon and people often mistake me for late 30’s, sometimes younger! Not only is Dr. Yew knowledgeable and professional, but artistic as well. I work in the beauty industry myself and as anyone knows, artistry is part of success. His calm, friendly demeanor also makes you feel relaxed about the procedures, and he is very honest and straight forward about what is possible and what is not; he has integrity! You will not only look more youthful but feel fantastic as well! Dr. Yew is the BOMB!!!

For those out there with TMJ issues: I would highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Yew. I have had trouble with TMJ for most of my life and have been wearing a splint at night for years. The stress on my jaw had gotten much worse recently, to the point I chipped a tooth on my splint! Dr. Yew recommended Botox injections for my masseter muscles and it has eased the tension in my jaw tremendously. He is very thorough and thoughtful, and will explain everything he plans to do. I am very happy with the results!

I went to Dr. Yew after a less than favorable experience with another facility in Honolulu. I’m going to my 30 year high school reunion in a few weeks and wanted to go to someone I could trust to do the procedures right. I have to say I have never had such a fabulous experience then I did with Dr. Yew. What really finalized my decision to see him was that he personally answered an email I sent his office inquiring about his practice. Additionally, as soon as I walked into the office I was greeted by an amazing staff that was extremely nice and professional. After Dr. Yew called me back for a consultation, the professionalism continued as he and Erica reviewed all my options, explained them in detail, and allowed me to have a say in the entire process. They also allowed me to watch what they were doing so I could see the results immediately. They even adjusted my procedure as we went along as they noted other available options.

Dr. Yew is very knowledgeable in injectables, which is pretty important when it comes to your face. I like the fact that he specializes in it and has on-​going trainings on the subject by attending the latest conferences on the mainland.
I saw Dr. Yew after having a bad experience with a well-​known plastic surgeon and he provided me with great advice and a second opinion. Dr. Yew was very concerned about my botched job and offerred his assistance.
I eventually went to see Dr. Yew when the issue was resolved and he did a wonderful job. The treatment itself was pretty painless, especially with his accupuncture balls that he has. I also like the fact that my face was not left with tiny holes in it, unlike the other doctor that I saw previously.
I had seen two doctors before seeing Dr. Yew and his work is by far the best. Dr. Yew also tries all of his treatments on himself first before providing a new product to his clients, that way he can see for himself what the outcomes are.

I’m a certified personal trainer and have a lot of face to face intercaction w/​my clients. One of my clients went to Dr. Yew and had a great experience with Botox and fillers. She was soo happy! She now had the the great physique and «glowing» countenance to match! I went in for a consultation and Dr Yew has great bedside manner and a top-​notch staff. I thinking of getting some Juvederm to fill in my «frown’ lines! I’ve since referred multiple clients, all with amazing results! Why not not look good and feel good too!
