This building is ok with one glaring exception– THE ABSOLUTE WORST ELEVATORS IN ALL OF HOBOKEN.
I have lived here for over 2yrs. In the past year alone the Madison St elevator was out for 4 and a half consecutive months. Management didnt even admit publicly it wasnt working until month number 2. When pressed for an answer they claimed it was being «replaced» and the «parts take a long time to come in.» When the elevator was finally back on line, it was the EXACT SAME TERRIBLE experience. Sometimes it stalls, sometimes it drops a few feet and rattles, but normally the elevator just doesnt come when you press the button.
The Jefferson St. side elevator operates better, but that one was out for 5 weeks this fall and management said zero about it until it was back on line.
Bottom line this is the worst «elevator building» in Hoboken, and building management is a combination of inept/​incompetent so that complaints are never dealt with and problems are never fixed in a timely manner.
