They thoroughly cleaned my roof in two days. About 35 to 40 squares on a 3 story house.
They were extremely professional and did a fantastic job!
Their price was also very reasonable. I will go back to them for many more services!

Update: after another promise from the company they would come out at the end of December to retreat my home for moss which still had not died 5 weeks later, they didn’t show up or call to inform me what was happening. I finally called Groupon last week and got a refund because I had no faith left this company would rectify the issue.

They cancelled an appointment with late notice but they made up for it by doing an outstanding roof maintenance service. They were able to brush off moss and treat in one visit.

This company is very thorough and reasonably priced, cleaned the skylights while they were up on the roof, all the moss is gone, they cleaned the gutters and they cleaned up the mess that was on the ground.
We are going to have them clean our windows also!

Staci and her team at Serenity Property Maintenance Services have done a GREAT job for us. She provided housekeeping services for us for a year and came promptly every two weeks. She also did the move out cleaning on our house twice and both times did a wonderful job. Staci, Matt and their team also handled hanging our holiday lights in 2014. Overall a fantastic job, we are thrilled with their service.

I was in a real pickle when my rental property suffered a break in. Since I live in a different state, I couldn’t do the worst of the cleaning myself. Furthermore, I couldn’t get it rented out until the cleaning had taken place. Time was of the essence. Serenity jumped in and took care of everything. They were so kind, and even rearranged their schedules to accommodate my urgent need. I couldn’t imagine giving my business to anyone else.

Staci and Matt were a joy to work with. Matt showed up on time for appointments and did a great job on my roof. It was covered in moss and branches and when I came home it was clean and lovely. Both Staci and Matt of Serenity Property Maintenance Services were so pleasant and easy to work with. From the online inquiry to the final inspection/​chat and online payment, the whole procedure went smoothly and exactly as planned. Our roof looks new again! Best of all, Matt did not use a pressure washer, but hand brushed the roof instead, just as I used to when I did it myself.
I’m so happy to have found Serenity Property Maintenance Services. They have a customer for life!
