Troy, the owner of Apex @ Home, is an amazing person to work with. He’s an honest, down to earth guy who can be totally trusted to do an excellent job. Having our basement finished was the first construction project my husband and I have ever taken on; and we were both really nervous about having the job done right, finding a fair price and not getting taken advantage of as novices. Working with Troy was a dream for us. He walked us through all the steps of the project, providing direction and vision as well as a little education along the way. He worked with us through a few mid-​construction design changes with no problems at all. His subcontractors were friendly and courteous in our home, and they were always on time and left the job site cleaned up. Troy was excellent at communicating with us through phone calls, texts or emails, whatever we needed to talk about we always felt he made time for us. He finished our basement remodel sooner than expected and his pricing was very fair. We highly recommend Apex @ Home!

Troy did a very thorough job on inspecting our new construction. He came prepared with a ladder, binoculars, and other equipment to complete the inspection. He was friendly and even offered a tape measure for our use. Immediately upon completing the inspection, he provided us with the report that included pictures and arrows describing the issues that needed to be resolved. Troy went above and beyond answering all the questions we had, and he explained some problems that could arise in the future and what the solution would be. Highly recommend Apex@Home!

Our home inspector, Troy, was incredibly thorough. He even waded in several feet of snow to inspect an outlying patio at the rear of the property. The entire process took just about 4.5 hours for a house that is 2000sf. We were very impressed with his work and appreciate having the «to-​do» list now that we’ve moved in.
We had also had a very tight schedule and he was incredibly accommodating.
I would strongly recommend hiring this pro!
