This store is a complete waste of retail space, the racks are spread apart6 to 7 feet apart… What rack are there are half empty… there is very little merchandise it looks like it’s going out of business don’t waste your time going and there’s nothing in there. The merchandise that in there could be put into a store the size of a sandwich shop. It takes longer to walk from the parking lot into their dirty lobby then it takes to walk through the entire store and look at what’s available

Ross in colorado sucks. Very picked over. Not many shipments come in obviously. Nothing like ross in texas. Either their corporate office realizes their volume needs to increase or they will lose faithful customers to gordmans or tj maxx.

I bought a sport bra here. I had a store credit from some stuff that was bought for us that we didn’t want. I wore it twice and it came apart. I wanted to exchange it for a new one since I can’t use it and it wasn’t fit to be resold. The manager was called to the front and refused to let me do an exchange. He was very rude about it. I am now stuck with a store credit because I don’t trust that the merchandise in this store won’t fall apart after one or two uses.

Very friendly staff! Even though they didn’t have stuff we wanted, they guided to store which has it.

Maybe the H. Ranchers don’t need a Ross in their neighborhood or that is the way it seems when you walk in the door. There is a total lack of merchandise and lack of interest by the associates at this store. My guess is this place doesn’t do much business. Usually my problem with Ross is that there is so much stuff I can’t stay patient enough to fish through it all, but this one looks like a going out of business sale. Move along, nothing to see here!
