With 35 years of construction experience, Barclay uses that experience to help evaluate properties both commercial and residential. These inspections are primarily a review of the property condition as one step in the process of closing the sale. Barclay views this as a time explain the different aspects of the property, what type of preventive care is needed. Ultimately giving the prospective buyer confidence in their purchase, and pride in the ownership. Barclay will also perform presale inpections to be sure the property is in the best possible shape prior to putting the property on the market.
