Established in 2012.

Xpress Property Management was founded by Glen Burden as a company that is easy to do business with and trustworthy.

Mr. Burden has been a business manager for multiple fortune 500 companies for more than three (3) decades before founding Xpress Property Management. Most of the organizations he lead were focused on managing large multimillion dollar projects in the Information Technologies industry. As a manager of large and small work programs and a long-​time landlord himself, he is well qualified to offer property management services that you will quickly appreciate.

Even though Xpress Property Management was founded in 2012, Mr. Burden has been managing property for more than seven years and completely understands the challenges of ensuring properties remain occupied and well maintained.
