Our three owner’s have impressive backgrounds that come from uniquely different aspects of the construction process, with over 30 years of combined industry experience. Our owners are intimately involved in the day-​to-​day operations of the business, and ensure that each customer is completely happy with the products & services we’ve delivered.

Business Owner

Gary St. John, Gary Simms, and Ron Price have extensive experience in construction management, management of construction and sales personnel, team building, business financials, marketing strategy and P&L management. This team has a combined 30+ years of experience and have overseen the construction with sales and construction personnel involved on well over 1600 homes in the Dallas Ft. Worth metro area.
