TKO specializes in everything from demo to finish painting. We personally have licenses for painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general contracting. Our B license (general contracting) allows us to access our team of licensed sub contractors (electrical, roofing, HVAC, tile, framing, etc) as well. We are basically the best «One Stop Shop» around. Troy, the founder/​owner, has personally been involved in construction for the passed thirty years, while Kevin, his business partner, is excellent at keeping schedules, managing books, and overseeing jobs. Both are present every day.

History

Established in 2004.

Troy has been involved in construction for more than thirty years. He has personally taken every test and is very knowledgeable in regards to most things from demo to painting. He is not afraid to refer other licensed sub contractors where his talents are lacking and is great at running jobs involving several trades. Kevin is a perfectionist when it comes to detail. He manages schedule and takes care of billing. Everything from the bidding process to payment is run efficiently at TKO.

Meet the Business Owner

Troy K.

Business Owner

Troy served a 7800 hour apprenticeship for a General Contractor which started in 1986. He left the trade in 1991 and attended Marquette University from ’91-’95, where he studied Civil Engineering and Communications. Troy’s business partner, Kevin, was a friend and team mate from Marquette University as well, where he studied Criminal Law and Business. Both are present on their jobs everyday, making sure that TKO maintains a high level of craftsmanship in all areas of their field.
