I’ve had numerous pest control services here in Vegas and none of them compare to Provisions… not even close. Edwin is on time, friendly and, most importantly, gets the job done. No bugs in Vegas in the summer means they know what they are doing and that has been my experience from day one with them. Chelsie is also extremely easy to deal with and accommodating in getting you an appointment which is a big deal for me because I have a crazy schedule. Last but certainly not least, they don’t try to trap you in long term contracts and deals because they are confident that their service and results will stand for itself. And it does. Simply put, they are the best so don’t waste your time dealing with anyone else.

Without a doubt a 5 star company. I had a few bugs from time to time but when some very small ants started to invaded my master bathroom shower tub I decided it was time to call for help. Chelsea was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and provided a very reasonable firm price. I was so impressed with her wonderful pleasant attitude and their many 5 star Unilocal ratings that I booked them for my girl friends house as well. Edwin keep us informed as to his arrival time and showed up exactly on time, not 1 minute late. I had a few doubts as to whether I had any hidden bugs but the next morning there were dead critters on their backs looking up at the ceiling with their eyes closed in every room. It just does not get better than this ! It was just like in the movies. Provisions Pest Control is my go to company for the future.

Great service from Edwin! He was there when he said he would be, and texted when he was on his way. Edwin is very friendly and when I called to set up service, I also received friendly service from his receptionist. I just had my first spray a few days ago and was pleased to see a cockroach graveyard around my home. Edwin is reasonably priced and gained a long time customer.

My first time needing to get Pest control services and Provisions made it easy. So far they have been out 2 times and Edwin is on time and I get the requested services. Very friendly and efficient. The will send text message with day and time beforehand so make planning easy.

I’ve been using provisions now for around a year now and am super happy with the results. I bought a brand new home in Henderson close to the side of a mountain and man was I surprised with the number little crickets that kept popping up, plus the occasional cockroach (blech!!). As soon as provisions started spraying, no problems, especially now that I’ve had them spraying my property inside and out thru all the seasons I’m super happy with not a single ‘visitor’ anymore. If I ever did see anything, I’d just call or text and they’d be out usually the same day to give the house another once over for me. Also, I have a new puppy and 12 year old son, and the chemicals used are pet and child safe. I also love that I get a text the day before with a 2 hour time window so I know when to expect they’ll be coming by. Always super friendly and accommodating!

Provisions Pest Control is excellent! They are always super friendly & punctual… and best of all I haven’t seen any unwanted bugs, spiders, etc.!! And what amazes me is that they sent flowers to me when they heard that my mom passed away… what other company does that?!

Well I thought I would give these guys another try. Tried calling three times and just goes to an answering machine. Who does that during business hours? Such bad business. Should’ve went with my first feelings.

Okay, I TOTALLY SCREWED UP! I got the dates wrong so there’s only one person to blame for the waiting… ME.
Of course this means that I wasn’t there when my service WAS scheduled, but luckily Edwin waited for me! He got my property done quickly but thoroughly, he even waited while I let the dog out before he began the service. Kudos!
So if the bugs die and I don’t see them, I’ll be sticking with these folks!

these guys are great. very easy to contact and they are very prompt and professional. edwin is truly a pleasure to work with. they do not do contracts which is always nice to hear. we immediately saw results after our first spray.
like i said, these guys are great — therefore, they are busy. they promised to call me back as soon as they had an opening the following week to accomodate both our schedules and they actually did. the other companies did not bother to call me back.
i will continue with provisions pest control because they know how to treat people and provide a great, affordable service! thanks edwin!

Amazing company! 5 out of 5 and then some.
When I called I had to leave a message, usually I’m the type of person to call around till I actually get someone on the line but because of the consistent 5 star reviews I decided to wait. And I’m glad I did! Chelsea called me back a couple hours later to find out what the problem was and I told her we had ants everywhere. She said she would call a tech and see if they would be able to come out although probably not that day since they were booked up and she would call me back. She called back almost immediately and said someone would be over in a couple hours between 11 and 1, Edwin was here at 11:15!
Edwin was very nice and professional, even though they had to squeeze us into their schedule I never felt like he was rushing to get to the next job. He took his time setting out ant bait then sprayed inside and outside of the house. He explained it might take a couple days for the ants to die off after they took the bait back to their nest. Well a few hours later I saw no ants anywhere and they haven’t been back since. Also the outdoor pests were piling up outside.
I also appreciate that they don’t make you sign a contract and there are no initial fees, it’s a straight up very affordable monthly fee that I will be happy to pay from now on. And their treatment is non toxic!

Like a lot of reviewers, being new to the southwest, I had NO IDEA how necessary a pest control person would be. Once I realized, I took a gamble, looked on Unilocal and called Edwin. These folks were quick to respond, easy to work with and didn’t waste my time or money. They also effectively handled our pest problem for an excellent price. Such service is hard to find! Well done!

Provisions is fantastic. I first called about 6 months ago. They were able to schedule me right away. Edwin was very professional. He took the time to ask about our exact bug problems and explain their product and what he could do. I have 3 kids and a couple dogs, so scheduling a recurring service is sometimes difficult, but he really makes it convenient. They even send reminder texts. Affordable, customer service is great, and most importantly– no more ants in the kitchen!

Y’all. We just moved to NV and have discovered these terrifying things called scorpions. Called Provisions today – and they came out today. Affordable, pet-​friendly products, no annual contract. Edwin and Chelsea are SUPER friendly. Edwin carefully sprayed indoors & outdoors… and told me everything I need to know about scorpions. We will definitely schedule them monthly. These guys are really great. We’ve been using them for a few years now. When we moved from Henderson to Vegas, we found our new home had tons of black widows camping out in our yard. We called Edwin the next morning and he came out right away and took care of them. We haven’t had a problem with spiders since. I highly recommend these guys. Fast and affordable service!

We have used provisions pest for almost two years now. The cost and service are exceptional and we don’t have any pest problems. They are always on time and send friendly reminders about service date and time. I have referred friends and our whole family uses their service. If you need bug control they know what they are doing.

When ants invade your new home, your food, and every inch of your home you PANIC. I called Provisions Pest Control and they came out DAY OF! They didn’t offer me extensive paperwork to fill out, NO contracts, and NO up selling. Las Vegas is known for bug issues– it’s the dessert. Give all others a try– then when you’re fed up with marketing scams and up charges and just plain dishonesty… CALL Provisions.
P. S. they don’t push coming out every month, but with service this fast, this amazing and this specialized, why wouldn’t you want them to?
Also, there is something to be said about honest ppl who know what good service is, and what it is just to be good ppl and caring business owners– these ppl know. Forget the rest.
