Next Generation Electrical was started in 2010 by a very experienced Master Electrician. Next Generation is a locally owned and operated fully licensed and bonded electrical contractor. Next Generation is located in Southern Nevada, servicing the greater Las Vegas area including Henderson, and Boulder City. Our company has over 30 years of electrical experience. We specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial both new construction and remodel installations.

Here at Next Generation we believe in honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship. Being a third generation native to the Las Vegas area, we understand the importance of building a relationship with our customers as most of our work comes from referrals. We base our success on our customers satisfaction and we go above and beyond our customer’s expectations.

The phone number for this company was given to me by NPS Pool Supply. I needed a new pool light installed. I called them and was given a quote of $ 170.00 to install the new light. The young man who came out (Steve) was very pleasant and professional. Steve found that all I needed was a new GFI after the light was installed. My bill was written and I was initially charged the $ 170.00, plus an $ 80.00 service charge and then an additional $ 321.00 for the GFI which only cost $ 50.00 at most, and took 10 minutes to install. My total bill was then $ 571.00 until I complained and the service charge was dropped and the final bill was $ 442.00. I called the owner and he was less than receptive and hung up on me. I would never use this company again as I feel they are less than honest or ethical. The number I called was (702) 425‑1234 and again the company is One Hour Electric. The Better Business Bureau is next in line.

I have had Jonathon take care of many electrical jobs for me over the last few years. He has done everything from installing can lighting to computer networking for me. I am impressed with his ability to diagnose electrical problems and repair them quickly and efficiently without costing me a lot of extra money. He is always fair with his pricing and delivers the best workmanship. I highly recommend his company.

We used these guys to change out my electric panel from the old screw in type to one with breakers during a remodel. I didn’t think to take a before picture (I wish I had). I am pretty handy but am wise enough to know that I don’t want to mess around with something like electricity that is both invisible and that can kill you. They were recommended to me by my niece and I am grateful to have found them. This is the first time in 40 years I have needed an electrician so I doubt I will need them again, but if I do they are definitely my go-​to guys for electricity.
