WONDERFUL SERVICE! Virgil was great in helping us out with our car and warranty work, he even got us a Rental to make sure we could get to and from work! I would recommend Chapman as the #1 Dealer in Las Vegas

A couple of days ago my cousin and I arrived at Chapman Jeep so she could get some ideas on new car options because her 2003 Liberty was beginning to be unreliable. She had bought her Liberty from them several years ago as well as myself buying my wrangler from Chapman two years ago. We are loyal to Chapman and our entire family drives Jeeps.
But most recently we were helped by a new sales associate named Justin. He was sweet and a little timid at first. After test driving a patriot which she didn’t love, Daniel came to assist Justin in the whole process. After lots of questions and walks around the lot and several test drives my cousin ended up purchasing a 2016 Cherokee in a sleek black color. The sales team really went above and beyond in assisting my cousin to find a car she fell in love with. Even exploring and test driving a few used options. They came through on a price that worked for her in order for her to leave with something she loved. Daniel was honest and straightforward. As purchasing a new vehicle can sometimes be confusing and a bit overwhelming, Daniel answered her questions and was clear on what her options were. We have been loyal to Chapman Jeep in the past and will continue to use their services in the future.

This review is for an experience I had car shopping at Chapman today. We went in to look at the 2016 Town & Country Limited and Limited Platinum. Before speaking with a salesperson we stopped on the patio to look at the 2017 Pacifica. As we were looking, a sales person named Daniel stopped over to help us. He answered some questions about the Pacifica and I asked him if I could have an information book on both the Pacifica and Town and Country (we are looking to buy in September when our second child arrives and want to start our research). He came back saying that they didn’t have a Pacifica book, but gave us one for the Town and Country. We asked him if we could see a 2016 Town & Country and he pointed to where they were on the lot, gave us a business card, and basically said goodbye.
In over 100 degrees, 6 months pregnant, with a toddler in tow, he sent me out to find the Town & Country model that I was looking for, and didn’t bother checking to see if he could show it to us or get us the keys. I looked down and realized the information book he gave me was for the Chrysler 200. At that point, hot and baking in the sun with my 14 month old, I thought, «forget it» and we went back to our car. This was awful service — very unaccommodating and not at all customer-​centered.
Luckily, we came across another salesperson near our car who proceeded to help us. He got the keys to the model we were interested in, brought it to the front entrance and let us look with the car on and the air conditioner running. This is what Daniel should have done in the first place!
As a sidenote, while on the patio looking at the Pacifica I noticed a group of employees, one of whom I think was the manager. I heard them talking in a very unprofessional manner — loud and foul mouthed.
This place left SUCH a bad taste in my mouth that I want to buy from somewhere else, even if it means driving across town.

While the fake nice customer service was on point to make someone feel as if they cared the ending effect is they uphold the «dealer» stereotype of ripping off customers, rushing decisions, offering no supportive help once they sell you a faulty car. Anything to make a buck and a business that once again is bigger than any of our ability to be shut down as they so deserve to be. Strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I will continue to take my business else where… from bad experiences dealing with Chapman Dodge on Sahara and Boulder with financing a lemon Durango, with hustler like Rick who was the most recent finance manager, to dealing with simple service request on my current Chrysler 200 with your establishment, that I happen to purchase from Planet Mazda where they said I can take my car to any Dodge/​Chrysler dealership to get my service done on my vehicle without hassle. But instead of going through a hassle, you guys attempt to hustle me. When a customer ask for a certain particular service they expect just that. I didn’t ask for brakes, I get that done elsewhere because dealerships charge more money for T&L then any place else. So, Thanks but no thanks. One bad experience is enough.

I went in a couple months ago to simply look at a used Jeep Wrangler unlimited that I saw online. All I wanted to do was see the vehicle but the salesman insisted on showing me a new vehicle and taking all my information down even though I repeatedly said I «was just looking.» So being the nice person I am, I went along with him and let him show me the new car before he showed me the used one I wanted to see (Which he said he had). I needed to understand the vehicle a little bit more so I wasn’t too upset at this point. He insisted I test drive the vehicle however I had no wish to whatsoever. I just wanted to see the used vehicle I came for damnit.
All in all, after I asked him 5 times about the vehicle I saw online and was unsuccessful I budged and just said «Listen, do you have the jeep or not?» And he said «No.» NO?! ARE YOU SERIOUS? You just wasted over an hour of my time and lied to my face about a vehicle you said you had to tell me you really don’t have it? What BS. Chapman needs to have more extensive training programs for the salesman working there to provide adequate customer service.

We love our jeep but these guys are awful. They messed up our check two times. We had to go back to our bank and back to the dealer multiple times because the dealer messed up.

The salesman was pretty bad. Lots of double talk, excuses and never wanted to give us the info we asked for. It seemed his goal was to just run our credit before we even decided on what we wanted. T the end when we decided to go they tried everything to get us to stay by lowering the price and payments. After our experience we would never recommend this place to anyone we know. There’s definitely more than what was said here but it would take a good while to type it all. We ended up going to findlay Toyota across the freeway. We decided we would look for a small car instead of an suv but ended up getting a used Jeep patriot there for a great price. And our salesman was great there no double talk and lies.

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I bought two vehicles from Prestige on Centennial. After a long terrible experience with them (see my reviews) we took our business to Chapman at the advice of other satisfied customers so they could attempt to clean up Prestige’s mess. Lynda Koval in finance is a gem. She is incredibly smart and honest. She went so far above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Ed Foley our sales guy is just the best there is. Genuine and hard working. Worked so hard to make sure we got a great deal. We will be looking into a third vehicle soon. Even though we live on the other side of Vegas, we will be taking the drive to only deal with Chapman for car buying from now on. Thank you Chapman.

After 5 years of using Unilocal,I have yet to find a business that deserves a review/​warning to other future customers, as much as this car dealership. Please read and be aware before visiting this location.
Like many others, I read reviews, and use reviews, along with my own personal observations to form an opinion. As for this situation, I should have trusted the reviews I read, and stayed FAR away from this toxic dealership.
The reason for my lengthy negative review stems from my experience today, an experience that left me angry to the point of tears, disgusted about the fake empathy of the staff, and burning hot mad about the time and energy I wasted today.
The staff had the audacity to blatantly lie to my face on multiple occasions, and then have the nerve to tell me «it is not exactly a lie». They are running an EXTREME SCAM online, and were very offended when I pointed out their UNETHICAL business practices.
To make a long story short, prices advertised online do NOT include a $ 3,995 (and possibly more if they so choose) «dealer prep fee». This isn’t the dealer documentation fee that all dealers charge, they still charge that too, this fee is the catch all that allows them to add any amount of money to the sticker price. In the grand scheme of car buying, this isn’t all that much money, however, when a customer has a budget, and knows how much typical taxes, title and fees run… they factor all of these «extras» into their overall budget. Most customers, have a good idea of their «out the door» price before they ever walk into a car dealership, so they wouldn’t waste time looking at vehicle that is 6k over their max budget.
CHAPMAN — WHEN YOU LIST A VEHICLE FOR A PRICE THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE YOUR 4K FEE, YOU LEAVE THE CUSTOMER IN THE DARK ABOUT THE TRUE STARTING PRICE OF YOUR VEHICLE, AND YOU ARE LYING. IT IS EVEN WORSE THAT YOU LIST A «DISCOUNT» OF $ 3,995, THAT YOU ACTUALLY INTEND TO CHARGE.
I went to Chapman today (Henderson/​Auto Show) location, to look at a truck priced at $ 39,000 on their website. It even listed this «discount» of $ 3,995, that brought the total price down to $ 39k.
I had a vehicle to trade in, but they offered to pay off my loan, so no money to roll over there. I estimated my taxes, and factored in a dealer doc fee. My max budget was $ 40k, and I brought my own financing… this should have been a very easy negotiation of their sticker price to meet my max budget.
I spent a lot of time prior to arrival and upon arrival discussing my situation with my salesman, I made it VERY clear that I would not, under any circumstance be spending more than 40k out the door. On multiple occasions, I told them, if that deal was not possible, we could shake hands and walk away with no hard feelings. I informed them that I was in no rush to buy a vehicle.
I just wanted a quick, honest car deal. After all, I had already been scammed over by another Las Vegas dealer (way worse that this, and I wasn’t even this mad), I have been truck shopping for month and a half and I had two toddlers in tow. I have purchased 8 different over the last 10 years, my husband worked as a car salesman for several years (I’m aware of all the games), and I spent 13 years in the military where I was taught integrity very early on.
The truth came out when their finance staff member came out to go over the numbers. There is a $ 4k fee they add to «every vehicle», per the finance guy, was company standard. He said I «must have missed it» in the ad of the vehicle. Ah, fine print! At the very bottom of the webpage the fine print says «All prices do not include tax, title, license, lifts, tires, prep, recon, or any other dealer options added to the vehicle.»
So here is my warning, so you do not waste your evening, following day, and everyones time… DO NOT TRUST THE PRICE ON THE WEBSITE and quite frankly DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. If they are lying about one thing… they will lie about anything. This little bit of fine print means they can add any amount of money onto the advertised price that they feel necessary, and they will NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THIS until you have done all paperwork and spent a large amount of wasted time with them. Just a good ol’ scam to get you in love with a vehicle, and then they push you on it and make you feel like the crazy one just so you will go ahead and decide to spend the extra $ 4k because you have spent so much time working the deal and you don’t want to start all over again.
BE STRONG! Stand up to their UNETHICAL business practices and DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE CENT OF YOUR MONEY!
Chapman Henderson, go ahead and keep telling yourself that you aren’t lying to your customers… but you cannot deny that this us unethical! In case you are still confused — Unethical behavior is an action that falls outside of what is considered morally right or proper for a person, a profession or an industry. Individuals can behave unethically, as can businesses, professionals and politicians.

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP IN VEGAS BY FAR. STAY AWAY.
THE SALES PEOPLE, AND MANAGMENT: I cant believe this place is still in business… I bought my first car a little over a year ago from here. I was 20 and I was scared to death to get a car and get in a car accident, my dad got in an accident that changed his whole life. I was dead set on finding a safe and reliable car and I ended up finding a Nissan Murano on their website and I went to Chapman to take a look. First of all they didnt even service the car before putting it online and I could not test drive it. My car salesman actually drove me to a separate location just to tell me I couldnt drive it because they didnt know if anything was wrong with it yet –_​– I made an appointment to see the car and talk to someone, I would have never came in that day if I knew I couldnt drive it. When we got back to the dealership that day the salesman was trying to make me sign the lease to lock down the payment. WHHHAAAT??? I must have said no about a thousand times, the only reason I stayed there is because I wanted an estimate of how much I would pay monthly. NOPE he told me if I didnt sign the lease right then, then the car would go up in value because it looked great and he didnt think anything was wrong with it. I kept saying NO but then the manager came over to talk with me. He made me a deal that if I signed for it now I would lock that price down no matter what the repair costs of the car were and once they get the car serviced I can test drive it and if I dont like it he would rip up the pages but if I liked the car I could take it off the lot that day and be done with it. I liked the price, I liked the car and I ended up signing it… After a week I had the salesman call me back and let me know that the car ended up getting looked at and it was shot, the transmission was shot, the brakes were shot and they were getting rid of the car –_​– seriously. I was SO MAD! The salesman told me he would have 4 cars for me to test drive and since I locked down the price of the Murano thats the price I would pay for the car I picked. I work two jobs, I never have any time and I decided to go back only because all the paperwork was done and maybe just maybe things would get better now. I ended up buying an older Nissan Murano with less miles on it which has ended up costing me another $ 3,000 in repairs, and my warranty company more than $ 5,000.
THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I have brought my car in so many times I cant even count. If you know nothing about Nissans please just let people know so we dont waste money. They have never known whats wrong with my car. The ONLY reason I brought it here is because since this was my first car I thought I had to because if something under my warranty was wrong I thought only my dealership could fix it, now I find out a year later thats not the case. I have had to buy a new battery, brakes, get an oil leak fixed, a new e-​vap, new motor mount, 2 new tires, my door handle broke off, my engine stalled out, and so much more. 2 weeks ago I brought my car in because my check engine light was on AGAIN and they told me I needed a new e-​vap and I had yet another oil leak. TOOK 4 DAYS!!! Then the day I was supposed to get my car back the service guy called me and told me the oil leak wasnt actually an oil leak, it was a transmission leak and I had to take my car to Nissan. Thank god I brought my car to United Nissan, I have an amazing guy helping now! Took him 30 minutes to tell me my transmission is SHOT. He asked me why I drove it to Nissan and didnt have it towed because thats how bad it was! They found another 3 issues with my car that were all covered under my warranty luckily, but that chapman did not find.
I’m ending this review by also saying I work in customer service and have for years, I dont complain about anything, sometimes I read reviews and I assume the person writing them is a very angry person but I am not, this place has ruined a year of my life and given me so much anxiety I shouldnt have had to deal with. I just dont ever want anyone else to have to go through this experience ever again. I was scammed and it just wasnt right. Oh, and if your wondering why I never complained to Chapman or spoke to a manager I HAVE. I have emailed and called managment in the past and they havent helped me one bit. After I bought my car they didnt care, they didnt want to make anything right with me and that has been proven.

After trying another dealer in town I made the drive to Henderson for an oil change. They were fast (I was in and out in 45 minutes). The waiting area was clean and had fresh donuts and coffee.
If you have a Jeep, drive by the other dealer and go here for your service.

Well, I’m sorry to say, we gotta bump the 5 star rating, down to a 3. We went in to pick up our new purchase on Monday, and the service shop noted the rear shocks were bad– My husband also brought along a certified mechanic, to look it over before we left, and he reported the transmission fluid was poor. My husband asked to have these things fixed, and was told no, by Chris, the used car manager. So, my husband brought the car home. Needless to say, After he explained all this to me, I flipped out. No way did I just drop $ 22,000 for them to send him home with a vehicle already in need of service. I told him if Chris refused to fix it, they could just take that car right on back, and we’ll shop elsewhere. So, he did. He went back the next day and again, was told no. My husband called me, to see if I really wanted to give the car back– I sure was! After the threat of returning the car, Chris agreed to fix it, saying «Im not making any money, after this, we’re done»
Way to do business, pal.

The worst from day one, we were lied to about financing, lied to us about needing an appointment for servicing the vehicle, didn’t wash the vehicle when they said they would after servicing it! We turned in paper for refund of extended warranty & gap insurance after nearly 2 months we hadn’t heard from them. My husband went to check on it & was told he turned the paper work into the wrong store & had to take it to the Sahara store. They could not find the paper we had given them. I would never buy another vehicle from them & would never recommend them to anyone. They are every bad thing you have ever heard about car salespeople. They could have called and told us!
So unprofessional!

MUST READ!!! If you are planning to purchase a car here, TURN AROUND AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!! This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR PROFESSIONALISM AND THE WORST CAR SALESMAN EVER!!!
My husband and I originally went here just to «LOOK» at some cars. NOTE: We did not have any money saved for this kind of purchase, we were just going to «look» and see if one of these cars would be worth wanting to invest in, in the future.
We told the car salesman from the very beginning that we were just «looking.» He was nice at first, he even let us test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee (beautiful car BTW). We reminded him we were just looking (again) and if possible, could we see how much it would be if we put «x» amount of dollars down etc just to see in the future how much we would need to put down to get us at a comfortable monthly payment.
Anyway, he did all that for us, in the end, he was VERY VERY PUSHY! We reminded him we were just looking and he said «couldn’t you call someone to help you with your down payment? Like maybe a family member?» HE’S TRIPPEN!!! It was way off and out of a budget that we would even think of paying. He was very desperate to sell that car to us even tho we didn’t have the money. He made us feel really uncomfortable. His manager was an a**hole who was very friendly in the beginning but once we said we didn’t have the money, he didn’t want to talk to us anymore. The salesman went up to him trying to ask for another deal but his manager was pissed (maybe because he ran some numbers for us which was probably a waste of his 5 mins). He flicked his hand at the salesman as if he didn’t want to be bothered anymore and closed his office door. RUDE!
In the end, I just wanted to leave. The car salesman really seemed like he just wanted to sell a car more than anything rather than helping us. BTW… Before we tried to leave he kept asking us to ask someone if they could help us with a down payment again lol I couldn’t take it anymore, he was angry and probably talking smack about us to his other co-​workers as we walked off the parking lot. Because this experience, I hated EVERY CAR SALESMAN. JEEP CHRYSLER ruined my experience.

If you’re looking for a new car, go to GAUDIN FORD (215 & Roy Horn). I had the BEST experience in purchasing a new car there. They are professional, patient and very very informative. Dovanne and Charles helped us get an awesome deal, in our price range, and exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend GAUDIN FORD to everyone!

The process for service here is lacking. I drove up to the service window and 5 employees were in the office/​box not one greeted me. However, they all took a second to look at me annoyed.
I’ve been coming here for years and each time I expect it to be better… it’s not.
Chapman Chrysler Jeep could use a huge revamp in the customer service department.
To top it off they can’t find my keys so that I can leave. Ugh.

I have gone here many times for my car and it’s been fine but this visit did not go well and I left feeling unimpressed.
It took ten minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was there and to be assisted even though there were many people standing around. Even if you don’t work in the department someone could have come up to me and at least said they would get someone to assist me.
Then when I was assisted they told me I would be able to use a Unilocal coupon for 40 oil change. The oil change instead cost over $ 50. It was nice that they kept the coupon but they should know what kind of oil each car takes so they do not misquote me. I feel that if they got the information wrong I should not be penalized and should have only had to pay $ 40.
Then when I got my car back it did not smell good and it was dirty. The steering wheel had dirt on it that I had to rub off.
I was not impressed with this visit at all and am debating on bringing the car elsewhere for oil changes.

Horrible experience at Chapman in Henderson. Stopped by because their website said they had 5 2015 Jeep Wranglers Unlimited’s with an MSRP of $ 31,500, but with a slash through the price. Just wanted to see what the «special invoice pricing» was and to actually see it in person. Also wanted to see what «blowout clearance manager special» was on the left over 2014 Chrysler 300s (because no one emailed me back). Just wanted some pricing. That’s it.
Our salesman (Joe) came up and didn’t introduce himself, didn’t shake our hand, asked the same questions 5 times, didn’t know his product («oh this is an S?»), walked through all the jeeps and kept pointing out Rubicons and at one point said «oh this isn’t a Rubicon!», you’re right. It’s not. It’s a Sahara, which does not start at $ 31,500! I asked multiple times if they share their online inventory with the Vegas store and he wouldn’t (couldn’t?) answer me.
Finally we just ask for what they’re selling the 300s for so he gets a stock number and asks us to go in. We say we’ll just look around. And he complains that it would be stupid for him to walk in and then walk back out. (Yes. Because it’s so far.) So begrudgingly we go in and we tell him we JUST want pricing and were not filing out paperwork (we’ve been through this process numerous times) and I can tell Joe is getting angry — too bad. We’ve been upfront with what we want.
Joe brings his manager (Jaron?) over and he asks us to test drive it. Fine. We’ll humor you, thinking he’d «work» on the pricing while we’re gone. Nope. We get back and joe ask for the keys to the trade in, copy of registration, and again to fill out a credit ap. my husband says we just want numbers and to assume everything is good with our car. Joe argues that «he needs to see it» gets the keys and doesn’t give them back (we know this game) — my husband even comments that he doesn’t want to give up his keys because then he can’t leave when he wants.
Now after being at the dealership for an hour and a half JUST TO GET PRICING, the manager comes out and asks how much we’ll have down. We just say $ 0 because if you haven’t already got it, we just wanted the damn selling price of the car. He shakes his head says we’ll probably need more than that. I leave because I still had to stop at the store on the way home and this is taking longer than anticipated.
The manager finally comes out to my husband and says well the sticker price on the 300s is $ 45k. WRONG. the sticker price it is $ 41k. And my husband says so. Jaron then argues that the 2014 300s are going for $ 45k and my husband brings up the fact, again, that the window sticker says $ 41k and the manager then says «that doesn’t matter» (excuse me?!) this is what I’ll sell the car to you for and on the paper it says $ 33k but then proceeds to say we’d need $ 6k-​$ 8k down. HA! (Jaron. You’re out of your damn mind.) But wait there’s more. He then had the audacity to ask if he’d be interest in a 2015. Well possibly, but not from you.
My husband asks for his keys and they refuse at first trying to save a sale they never had. It takes arguing back and forth 3 – 4 times for them to give him his keys. This isn’t our first bad experience here so we should have known, but this place is the epitome of sleepy car sales.
Moral of the story? Go to Prestige. It’s a drive but we bought a brand new Durango there and it was a great experience!

My husband and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nathan Mccoy (Internet Sales) on Apri 28, 2015 an amazing spirit, human & car salesman. Showing an immense amount of skill, rectitude, together with care and concern for our journey. Nathan walked us through our options of trading in our 3 ½ year old Jeep Liberty that we purchased new from another Jeep dealer in Colorado for a lease option. My husband and I would also like to express a special thanks to Dan Seaver (Sales Manager) who stepped in and made sure our trade-​in was fairly evaluated and priced for trade. His expertise and veracity allowed us to drive off the lot with no money down, no payment for a month, plus a payment that’s comfortable to live with for the next 36 months. Making a substantial difference in the outcome of our purchase.
Also, thank you T.J. Gillian (Finance Manager) who gave AWESOME Customer Care, who was extremely knowledgeable in the warranties that would save us money, keep us protected for the entirety of the lease, plus made sure I had water ;). Thank you T.J.
Without hesitation we would recommend Nathan Mccoy our car Salesman, along with this dealership to family and/​or friends alike. We left the dealership knowing we were valued as customers, confident in our purchase, and the entire process was conducted with integrity and the up most respect for us, the customer.
