Drove up to services for my appointment at 4 and they didn’t help or tell me where to put car, then the employee told me it would take 2 HOURS to do an oil change… I’m sorry but it’s 2016 and I just bought a luxury car… Would appreciate luxury service…
Also watched my car get serviced … Took them 20 to do oil change but get this 2 hours for the «car wash»

Terrible customer service. Called for an estimate on brake pad repairs for my GLK350 which I bought from this dealership. Rude, disrespectful and not the least bit helpful. This time I’m just interested in brake pads next year I’ll be replacing the car but it won’t be from this dealership! Hello Cali!

I’ve been coming here for years buying cars. My first was a 2014 E350 with the AMG package… absolutely loved it. Then this year instead of getting a lease, I traded it in and purchased a 2016 C63s AMG, and absolutely love it. The quality of the car and service Mercedes provides its customers are incomparable to other car companies. Thank you Mercedes! You have a life long customer.

My wife and I were in Las Vegas on a trip with our 3 year old Mercedes-​Benz Sprinter Based Motorhome (it’s a Great West Legend SE, if that matters).
It was clear from conversations with our hometown MB Dealership that we needed a new EGR (Exhaust Gas Re-​circulation) Valve. The symptoms (loss of power, clunking transmission) got so bad we felt it would be unsafe to drive home and feared we would be stranded in the middle of nowhere needing a tow, so we took it to Mercedes of Henderson to get it fixed.
Some Mercedes dealerships just don’t like working on motorhomes because motorhomes usually have added stuff that makes the repairs difficult. Some dealerships don’t like dealing with anyone but customers who purchased vehicles from them.
It became really clear after dealing with Mercedes-​Benz of Henderson for a day that we were getting the run-​around, and for whatever reason they just didn’t want to work on our Mercedes, so we took our van back and decided to take the chance at driving it home to Seattle unrepaired (something we really didn’t want to do).
If you are kind of stranded and are from out of town, I highly suggest that you try to find another dealership to get your repairs done. We got mistreated here. In addition to the run-​around we were also lied to and our van had signs of being driven roughly on a test drive by one of their techs.
We’ve received sterling treatment at every other Mercedes Dealership we’ve patronized which made our experience at MB of Henderson all the worse by comparison.
In the day of dealing with them, we got nearly all of the experiences you can read in the negative feedbacks here, and virtually none of the positive – except that the place was clean and our service adviser was friendly.
We’re sorry that we can’t recommend this dealership for anything, except maybe for frustration. I believe that they are affiliated with another Dealership «Fletcher Jones», so that one is out for us, too. (I think our initial call was to Fletcher-​Jones and we got patched through to MB of Henderson.)
Just so we don’t leave readers hanging: We did make it home without incident and the next week our local MB Dealership did the repair for less than ¹⁄₅^th of the service hours that MB of Henderson was going to charge us for just the initial inspection!

Mercedes-​Benz is known for excellence. The exemplary customer service experience I had with Bill Becket was stellar! He was knowledgeable and intuitive to my needs, I highly recommend his service to my friends and family!

This review is for the Sales and Finance team. My experience with Mercedes-​Benz of Henderson was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I purchased my dream car from the amazing Diane Casiello who went above and beyond in every way to make my deal happen! I was treated like a VIP, and I appreciate the timeliness of response during my research over where I would get the best deal. I was also originally working with Fletcher Jones Imports, however Diane’s commitment to me was what brought me to ultimately make my purchase at Mercedes-​Benz of Henderson. Special shout out goes to Mel and Pete in finance who were also awesome! The dealership was stunningly beautiful and a true showcase for the fine automobiles of Mercedes-​Benz. My car was delivered to me inside a white-​tiled garage, and my product concierge Steven Berg was great at helping me learn all of the great technology in my car. I also love the VIP program they offer — some truly amazing perks just for driving a Mercedes-​Benz!

Today I went to look at a preowned CLS63 AMG and I was helped by Thomas Judge. He was absolutely fantastic, great customer service and very knowledgeable about the car I definitely learned something by visiting Henderson MBZ today! Incredible customer service today. They have a nice waiting room while you’re waiting for your car to be serviced. Free donuts and coffee. And the service was super fast too. Dustin in the service department was wonderful. And Mike, the tech who worked on my car was awesome!

I went to this dealership twice to try to buy the airstream sprinter van out front… I went ready to purchase as I have researched this vehicle extensively. The first time I went was ²⁄₂₈ and apparently this dealership is closed on Sundays! Haha ok never occurred to me a car dealership would be closed on a Sunday. Next visit was today and I couldn’t get a sales person to help me. Couldn’t even get one to great me. I am planning on spending $ 150,000 on a vehicle and I can’t get anyone to help me !!
Great job Mercedes you should be proud of your employees. I will now be taking my business else where. See ya.

Zain in service is fantastic. We would not take our Mercedes anywhere else!!! He has the best customer service, always treats us right and we always get a great deal. If you need service, he is the best!!!

Went there to have an extra key made for my Benz. Customer Service at the front counter was professional, polite and helpful.

Since we live in the neighborhood this is the closet Mercedes dealership to get my CL 63 AMG serviced. Zein has always been top notch! But the front guys in valet need more classes on high end customer service. Especially Jesus. Very unprofessional, lazy, and confrontational. I don’t like as a VIP to come to get my car washed with a smile and leave with a frown. Fortunately, Jasmine in the car wash department made me smile again with her pleasant energy. I hope the service manager Pablo will attend to this displeasing matter

Typically I do not give 5 stars to just anyone… Especially someone who I’ve actually purchased products from. Usually car sales people rub me the wrong way and I either buy because I’ve done my homework and what I wanted was there and available or I purposely go to another sales rep just because I disliked the way the person greeted me.
But this review is for the Fearless Female — Diane Casielo, she has amazed me with her sincere customer service and honesty. She pays plenty of attention to detail, responding to our email inquiries promptly, test drives, steering me away from future regrettable decisions and even assisting with locating vehicles that matched my preference in another state; her and the Mercedes sales staff has not failed to deliver on their promises.
I highly recommend speaking with Diane Casielo if you’re in the market for a new vehicle she will be sure to go that extra mile to be sure your satisfied with your decision.

Big improvement from my last couple of visits. The service in the snack area has greatly improved. Sue has been very pleasant and courteous every visit.
While I do believe in giving a poor review if my experience warrants one I also believe in providing a more positive review when an effort has been put in to provide the customer with a better experience.
Anthony and his family do an exceptional job in detail and always have a friendly professional attitude. They get the job done quickly and MB of Henderson is lucky to have them.

So here is the real deal. My sales associate Wyndell was FANTASTIC! I am not talking about the sales pitch of «buy this car, I cash the check and now your service will suck» … Nope!!! Wyndell stated «I come with the car!» And he did just that! I had a small issue and he met me at the dealership on his day off! Keep in mind the dealer already cashed my check! I sat in the service department, Wyndell sat with me!!! (Total time about 20
Min!!) :-)
It was 113 degrees outside, the car was brought to me in an air-​conditioned show room!!!
Peter in finance, upfront and honest! Even helped me with my old cars warranty program!
Pablo in service greeted me outside at the car!!! None of this wait to be acknowledge in a long line type of stuff!
Each person except «Bill» (Bill is «rushed») treated me like I was queen for the day and they still do! Even when the deal was done !!
I would absolutely purchase again from Wyndell!!!

Review is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT:
I brought my car in for its A service check. The lady making the appointment was a little difficult to understand on the phone but was very nice. Robert was assigned as my service advisor and was there to meet me when I arrived. I have only come a couple times since buying my car here but am always greeted by someone when i pull up.
I was offered a complimentary loaner car or shuttle service which is great, but I didnt need them. If you choose to wait they have a small café for coffee or snacks. My car was ready in about 3 hours. There was a minor billing issue but Robert had it fixed quickly by the time I arrived. My car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. I was in and out quickly. Overall I have been really happy with the service here.

I have always had a great experience with Mercedes Benz of Henderson! I have purchased several cars from them! Richard Woodford is amazing and my Sales person Diane Casiello made this purchasing experience awesome. They’re always upfront and helpful, making sure that I am happy before, after and years later. If you’re needing a new car and considering a MB, see Diane or Richard to make sure you’re set…
I’m sure another car will be in order in the near future and I will of course be back…

Just got a 2015 Mercedes 300 C Class and i am OBSESSED!!! My sales rep Diane Casiello was just AMAZING! Not only did she know every single detail about every car that i asked, she did it all with style and grace. She was more than just a car dealer, she came across as genuine and made me feel that she really cared about my wants and needs. I would HIGHLY recommend MB of Henderson and to ask for Diane!
