History

Established in 1981.

In the old Eddie’s bakery building, Park Avenue Bakery continues to draw in the masses after over 20 years in business.

Business Owner

Renee credits the magic of her business to the dedication and hard-​work of her employees. «My staff all take ownership within the company» and somewhere along the way they have created an «atmosphere where everyone wants to work and come back.» Renee’s own independence and strong work ethic enable her to take new ideas and move the business forward in a competitive market. She believes whole heartedly in the strength, talents, and skills of her employees and wants them to be creative and come to her with ideas. Employees, as encouraged by Renee, «have taken customer service to a whole new level of caring. We’ve created a warm and comfortable environment where not only our customers wish to return, but we, as as employees and owners, want them to come back as well. Our customers are our friends, and part of our bakery family.»
