Description

Specialties

On Broadway serves a wide variety of cuisines, with a specific focus on Italian food and hand-made pasta. Our dishes consist of fresh steak, seafood and chicken with unique and flavorful sauces and sides. From more traditional recipes like Chicken Marsala to our own specialty Chicken Broadway, our menu is full of appetizing options.

To start your meal, try our Teriyaki Ahi Kebabs, Sautéed Cajun Shrimp or Grilled Mozzarella Skewers. For dinner, try one of our seafood dishes like the Tasmanian Sweet Crab or Shrimp Scampi. For a heartier option, try one of our fresh steak or chicken dishes like the Ribeye Steak Broadway or the Tuscan Grilled Chicken. We also have vegetarian options, as well as nightly dinner specials created around seasonal ingredients.

We boast a full bar, including a list of ever-changing wines by the glass and a sampling of beer from local breweries. No matter what you’re in the mood for, you’ll be able to find something delicious, fresh and unique.

History

Established in 1980.

A family-owned business from the beginning, On Broadway has maintained long-term employees that have stayed with the business for years. We have also gotten to know a large majority of our customers, and love to suggest dishes to new customers. All of our food is made with only the best, freshest ingredients available. We pride ourselves in being a welcoming restaurant with fine, fresh food served by fine, fun people.

Meet the Business Owner

Patrick C.

Business Owner

Patrick has been at On Broadway since originally being hired two weeks after its opening. Only 20 years old at the time, he started working as a prep cook in the kitchen until the staff needed a bartender one night. He continued working there through school, and would come back to the restaurant to work anywhere he was needed. Eventually after he graduated, he became the restaurant’s general manager. After working through three different owners over 20 years, he finally became a partner and ended up buying the remaining stock last year.

Patrick can usually be found at the restaurant, helping with customers or working in the kitchen. He works hard to make sure On Broadway produces the best food possible with the best ingredients available, and that each customer leaves full and happy.
