It took two tries to get an estimate and then when it came in it was 60% higher than the others. I believe they have more than enough work and so are not interested unless they can get an unreasonably high amount.

Ricardo and his team were professional, excellent customer service, finished the job on time, and what I appreciated the most… the clean up after every day. It was as if nothing ever happened. The quality looks great. Ricardo even asked me to double check with my husband about downpipes and to get back to him the next day since my husband was on a business trip. I work with a property management company. We had about 6 roof leaks at various locations due to the recent storm.
We went to our regular vendors for help and they were busy for quite some time. We decided to give Manada Roofing a chance. Boy were we pleased with their service.
They were out right away. Communicated quickly and kept us updated as to the scheduling and progress with tenants.
The prices were reasonable and the service professional. They have moved to the top of our list of roofing vendors.

Manada Roofing Inc. has performed over twenty complete roofing installations for us in the last ten years. I contacted Manada Roofing to install a gutter and downspout on the front of my home (2^nd floor). Ricardo came out and evaluated and said he could do it and match the exisiting gutter style. He also noticed that there were a few broken tiles which he said his team could replace. The surprise was that in order to ensure a good install, a few rows of roof tiles needed to be removed from the front. Despite this, the estimate was reasonable in terms of cost, so I hired them.
The team came out and performed the work in a day as scheduled. There were a few things I noticed afterwards that I pointed out and Ricardo quickly responded and fixed them up (they were minor things). The install looks great and the rain is moving throught the gutter and away from the house as it should be! I’m glad Ricardo’s team replaced the broken tiles and I worry much less about my roof now. I highly recommend Manada Roofing as they do quality work, care about the customer and in the end I got exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price with great service. I will not hesitate to contact them again if I need any further work done on my roof and gutters.

THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THE LITTLE PEOPLE. I needed my skylight replaced, so I called Manada roofing.
Poor customer service. Showed up for appointment and never got back to me on service. I found Manada roofing on
I needed a skylight replaced. I made contact via their website. They were fast in responding to my message. They said they could come out on Friday September 20^th. They changed the scheduling to Monday September 23^rd. The rep came into my house and looked at the skylight without taking any measurements. He said he would contact me via email with a quote. I waited until Wednesday September 25^th and made contact via email. I have not receive a response with a quote for my skylight. I feel that they looked at my house and assessed that they were not going to make a lot of money with the skylight repair and decided to not do the work. If this was the case then they should have let me know. Up to this point and have not received any kind of communication from them

I’m a stay at home mom of two small boys and find it a struggle to find quality companies that take the time to sit down and go over all the questions I have regarding work that I’d like done. I received several bids regarding replacing our composite garage roof, but either wasn’t happy with the price or the brush off I received, I don’t know if that was due to the job being on the small side or possibly because I’m a female and they seemed to always as to speak with my husband. I saw Manada Roofing on the BBB website and after looking over their website, decided to call them to come out to give me an estimate.
I called the office and was able to get an appointment quickly set up with Edmund. He came out and looked over the job and we talked about what I was looking for to have done. I also expressed my concerns regarding the age and narrowness of our driveway and how they were going to remove the old material without possibly damaging our property. Within a couple of days I received a call from him asking to come back over so that we could sit down and go over the work and estimate. He came well prepared with a binder of information that included their insurance, bonds, BBB rating, certifications, etc. I was pleasantly surprised with the detailed information given as well as the price of the bid. Within a week we decided to go ahead with Manada Roofing.
They called to schedule the date of tear off and installation, the job was done in less than two full days! The men working were very polite and were aware that I have to small children so tried to keep noise to a minimum (which I knew would be hard regardless because replacing a roof is not a quiet job). And my concern regarding the driveway? They actually took the time to haul the material by hand down the driveway to their truck! We did a quick walk through after the job was done and I was beyond pleased with how clean the job site was at all times and how great the roof looked. I highly recommend Manada Roofing and will definitely choose them for when our main house needs its roof replaced.

These guys were great. I chose them randomly as they had a large advertisement in the yellow pages, thought I would use them as a «high bid» to judge other bids. To my surprise they have a very reasonable bid, so I chose them to replace the tile roof on my garage. They did a great job, were very professional and cleaned up totally. Would definite use them again.

I wanted to replace tar and gravel flat roof with IB and needed a trusted installer, so I contacted IB area Manager, he sent me reference of 2 installer in east bay, I contacted both of them and only Manada Roofing returned my call. They set up appointment for 9 am next day. Jose Parez from Manada showed up on time and in a very professional attire, he checked out the roof and suggested chipping away 6 inch of the roof edge and install a rain gutter with the down sprout. He sent me the quote next day. I was impressed with their professional approach and reasonable price and asked them to stat the job. They finished the job a day earlier than promised and left everything neat and tidy. Its been more than 6 months and am extremely happy with new roof and quality of work.
