Thanks to Michael Swift, we now live in our dream home. Short sales are known to be a real hassle, It takes a true professional to close the deal. Michael fought hard to get us into one of the most famous and coveted houses in Alameda, several hundred thousand dollars below asking price. Our house has now doubled in value in the short time we’ve lived here. I would recommend Michael Swift to anyone without hesitation.

Craig Einsohn and Michael Swift are top notch. Buying a home can be a stressful period, Craig made my purchase fun. He and Michael were on top of every aspect of buying a home. We discussed what I was looking for, and they updated me daily with potential homes that came onto the market. Once I narrowed it down and I gave Craig the go ahead to go after the house I wanted, he and Michael made it happen. I couldn’t be happier. A few years later they made it happen for my sister and her family who were house hunting in the same area, and they did do with the same high quality level of service. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I worked with Michael Swift’s team to both buy and sell homes during the summer of 2015. I can’t express enough how AMAZING Michael Swift and The Swift Team is! Extremely knowledgable and professional. We had to do a short sale on our condo and Michael was there from start to finish. Very dependable and always available for any questions I had. Our short sale went smooth and fast. Made things a lot easier for me and my family. I am updating my review because Michael Swift came personally to my house to discuss the issues i had during the purchase and sale of two homes in the Tracy/​Newark area.
i respect that he cares enough to make the efforts. He also clarified a few things for me, so i bumped them up in my review…
1. They no longer use HomeGuard. This is HUGE for me and I respect the good business sense there. I hope their new company works better for them. (Separate review for these peeps on Unilocal FYI)
2. The 2−3% commission I felt they took was inaccurate. It appears there is a 2 — 3% commission provided to the agent who sells the home and then an incentive to provide the other 2 — 3% to the buyer’s agent on the other side. So he did not rip me off. My bad peeps.
Just so that this review is accurate, that was complete my fault and my review below was incorrect.
3. I still maintain that have the same agent represent both the seller and the buyer is a no no .
I would not recommend that to anyone. it just gets more complicated. Just imagine how crazy you, yourself are… and magnify that x10… that could be the OTHER person on the other end… Just saying. Deal at your own risk.
4. Lastly i was told that we did not get charged twice for the re-​inspection HomeGuard came out to review said «black mold» in our garage. It was just a reference to the original purchase order. My bad.
5. I am in no way saying that these people with this team does not work hard nor am I say they will not go above and beyond for you. The reviews below speak for themselves. I am saying that my transaction with these people were less than stellar and so my review reflects that. I will concede as Michael pointed out, that some of this can fall on their shoulders but part of it was uncontrollable… I will give them props for trying to correct this issue and letting me know they would be willing to do all they can to rectify the situation and earn back our business. You have SUCCEEDED Michael Swift.

In late 2015, my then Fiancé and I, were thinking of buying a house and out of curiosity we contacted Craig Einsohn (by referral from my brother who also purchased a home with Craig) to see what our options were. Craig helped us to understand the process and put us in contact with Summit Funding (Also awesome people!) and showed us that we could buy a house at a time where we were sure we couldn’t find a nice home that would work for us.
Working with both Craig and Summit funding we were able to find a great house in Tracy, right in our budget. (Actually 30k less than we thought we would have to spend!) Craig was always very professional and always answered all of questions quickly.

Mike Swift has helped friends and family of mine buy and sell homes in the past and I have heard great reviews about his service. I had a client recently that I approved for a home loan and when she asked for advice on a realtor of course I referred her over to Mike. We first came into contact with Michael Swift and his team January 6, 2014, after an online inquiry, in anticipation of an across the country move from the East Coast.
Little did we know, we would arrive with a family medical emergency, which would halt our plans, and our lives. Michael Swift remained connected with us in a most sincere, genuine, and authentic way, while respecting our need to stop our search.

Michael and his team are very professional and do everything «The right way» as opposed to taking the shortcuts. Everything they do to advertise your house it top notch. Pictures, staging and flyers are all very professional. The icing on the cake is the virtual walk through. This is one of the best advertising tools I have seen.
