Custom Label

I know it’s kind of odd to leave a review about a labeling service (as you can see, there are only two other reviews with mine), but I wanted to give praise where it’s due, and these folks definitely deserve it!
My family’s business was using another label company which I will not name for many years, and the quality declined rapidly. Their representatives were not responding to us for weeks at a time, nor were they getting our orders to us on time, and we were an account with a substantial order. We finally decided to part ways with the previous company, and Custom Label was recommended by a friend. The owner, Lars, responded to our basic email inquiry within 48 hours, even though he was on vacation (!). He came out himself to meet with my mother, and got us started very quickly. Our account manager Sherrill is fantastic as well; she is ALWAYS quick to respond and has come through personally to deliver labels when we ran out. We get proofs right away and they have helped us add some stuff on our labels, and we could not be happier with the service and product. I would highly, highly recommend this company for your labeling needs!

i’ve used this company for over 10 years for my label needs (10,000 per order) the quality is superior customer service is friendly and super efficient. recently an order came in with a slight problem in no time at all another order was sent but instead of the original order of 10,000 they sent an extra 1000 labels. service like this can’t be beat!!! wish all companies ran like custom label
